This unit was perfect for me and my daughter. We could walk to various shops, the supermarket and restaurants. We rented a car for all of our activities and had secure parking. The unit was modern and the perfect space. We utilized the surf boards and the boogie boards to go surfing right across the street. The pool area is very well done with relaxing music playing all day. I even was able to get in a yoga class, which was also a great perk.
We loved this property for our 5 day stay in Maui! The villa is super clean and well provisioned (except for spices/oils for cooking). We used the beach gear and cooler for a couple days on the beach. We viewed the sunset from our balcony. The common areas and pool are lovely, with Hawaiian music piped in.
We were able to walk to a cute local coffee shop each day. The Wailea restaurants were a quick Uber away.
The bedroom is on the street side and the street is busy. We used a white noise machine every night we were there.
This unit has its own parking pad, which we found super confusing the first night we arrived, in the dark. We looped around the block 3 times before we figured out where the gate was.
We had to buy oil and spices in order to cook a meal. There is only salt and pepper in the villa.
My husband and I stayed here for 11 days. It was the perfect place for us. Very clean and we loved the beach view from our little patio every morning. We utilized the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and body boards at the beach. We loved the location and how close we were to everything we needed. I felt safe and loved that it was in a gated community for added security. The property manager Shahaf was awesome and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
This Villa delivered in all areas. Plus the on-site service by the manager was very helpful. He greeted us on arrival, showed us around the property and the beach and was always available with a very welcoming and friendly attitude. Made for a very enjoyable vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay, it's very convient and short walking distance to shops and restaurants, plenty of parking space for rental car, beautiful view of the beach! I'll be booking again very soon.
We had a great time at villa 8 for our short visit to Maui, convenient for a business meeting in Wailea but with the more down-to-earth atmosphere of Kihei. The location is fantastic, just a block away from access to the Kamaole beaches which are great for swimming, walking, or enjoying the sunset. There's also a lot of fantastic food within a few blocks, including some amazing food trucks.
