Wish we could've stayed longer! Very spacious home with a stunning common area on the top floor. Provided snorkel and beach gear, which was very appreciated. Check-In and check out was a breeze. Would stay again
Overall, a great place to stay. We loved the location, the views, everything was clean, and great communication. My only complaint really is the listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. While you can walk this, it’s an incredibly steep trail that would be difficult with older people or small children and a bunch of beach gear. Also, it’s not really a beach. You kind of have to cross the river to get over to Anini beach. This wasn’t a deal dealer for us though as we just packed up our car and drove to different beaches anyways, but was kind of disappointed that the listing is somewhat misleading (or maybe I didn’t read it fully). Otherwise everything else was great for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and grandma. We’d stay here again
We had a wonderful stay at this Princeville property! The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning views and close to several beaches, many of which were accessible by scenic walking paths right from the property. The home was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the beach gear that was available. For the price, it would have been even better to have a couple of boogie boards, beach chairs, beach bag maybe, and snorkel gear included (there were some fins). The downstairs bedroom did get very warm, but there were fans provided, and we understand that A/C isn’t common in the area. Overall, a great experience in a beautiful part of Kauai!
We absolutely love staying at The View House Tower. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay there again! The house was extremely clean, well equipped and updated throughout the house and the view of the ocean from the living room & kitchen on the 3rd floor was spectacular. With as active as we were during our stay, the washer & dryer in the half bath on the 2nd floor came in super handy on a daily basis. The location was also ideal being near the entrance to Princeville so you didn't have to drive all the way down into Princeville every time you were leaving or returning. The other benefit was the house is a stand-alone house vs many of the surrounding places that were more "condo" style that shared walls or upstairs/downstairs neighbors. The 3rd floor kitchen and living area was very comfortable and felt super cozy hanging out up there.
The house, location, and views were beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Decor was perfect, with much attention to detail. The house has a magical feeling and a perfect Kauai vibe. We absolutely loved our time here.
The house was exactly as described and was a perfect place for my family of 5, including 3 young children. Great kitchen and beach amenities, including towels and sand castle building equipment. Very good location that truly was a nice walk to lovely beaches.
I thank the owner for decorating this place in traditional hawaiian/surf like decor. It really enhanced our experience on the island. Princeville is a beautiful place to stay and we enjoyed every moment staying in this property. It's perfect for two kids (or one/two more) if they don't mind sleeping in the same bed. Ground floor has two bedrooms with queens, the middle floor is the master with two bathrooms (one has washer dryer which was a fantastic luxury for us) and the top floor is kitchen/living room with a spectacular view of the pacific. Not far from Anini Beach, take the walking path down through the jungle (wear something with traction to be safe) and enjoy that treasure of a beach. The condo complex has a fantastic pool with BBQ for group functions. Parking was good. The owner also stocks the home with beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear. There is a grocery store along with some nice retail/restaurants at the entry to the property and Hanalei is a quick drive. More great places to visit and dine there. From the airport, I'd say it's about 45 minutes and a little over an hour and 15 minutes to Poipu. Enjoy the stay, you won't be disappointed.
Close to everything, plus a very well maintained spacious floor plan!
We loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay and that there was a shopping center nearby. It is close to everything you need. The third floor was perfect to get together with family every night with views of the ocean and pool. Parking is tight if you arrive late so be aware. Also, two of the bedrooms on the bottom floor so keep this in mind if you have anyone that could struggle to climb a bit All in all, we enjoyed this place a lot. Sad to leave such a beautiful island!
Such a cozy 3 story 3 bedroom home! Perfect for our first vacation to kauai, and a comfortable place to stay as a home base for our adventures. The house was clean and decorated so cute, and was in a quiet location central to a market, coffee, shopping, and island activities. The pool was a nice amenity, and there were plenty of basics for our whole party.
Great location, clean, fully stoked kitchen, lots of beach gear. Everything you could need!
This house was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, air conditioned, and very clean and comfortable. It was also steps away from the pool which was wonderful after a day of excursions.
The owners answered immediately when we had any questions.
We would highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

We loved staying in this home during our weeklong vacation in Kauai! The views are amazing and the home is so perfectly updated Hawaiian! The beds were comfortable and everyone had great space to spread out and have private bedrooms, closet space and bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make meals in! The View House Tower was super clean and provided us the perfect stay!
The house was perfect for my family of 5 - the upper level was our favorite hangout spot after a long day of fun on the beautiful island. Location is great - we even enjoyed the early morning Rooster wake up calls!
We love being able to walk to the beach and hang out as a family.
