This property is one where I would come back. It is steps from the beach. It is spacious, and the staff at Honua Kai
The place was close to the perfect beach. The amenities were great, and the people who worked at the resort were extremely courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. There were a couple of things that I sent emails about and never got a response from the property managers. (For example, the lights in one bathroom did not work.) In the video it mentions that there is soap for the dishwasher and washing machine and if you run out you will need to get it yourself. No problem there, except there was basically four dishwasher soap pouches (enough for four days and we were there for six days). So this meant that we had to go buy some. There was barely any washing machine detergent, so again for a six night stay, we had to purchase soap. I do not know, maybe it is just me, but for a beautiful place that I paid over 12,000 for six days, it is kind of tacky to not have at least enough soap for a week. Other than that, we loved our stay and would totally stay in the same resort again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the property! The condo was the perfect size for our family with easy access to resort pools and beach! We would highly recommend! 10/10!

I love a well managed vrbo! We had a seamless and very relaxing stay. Fresh free towels whenever we wanted at little kiosks open 24/7. The outside patio is nearly completely private because it’s next to a path that is barely taken and there are bushes in-between. This unit is the 2nd closest to the ocean, which is actually the best location (the other is by a busy path and noisy pool are). I counted 4 hot tubs on property, might have been more. The snorkeling a little further down (5 min walk) by the Westin is imo the best on the island. You can continuously swim and snorkel for over an hr and see coral and many varietals of fish. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, spices, olive oil, dishwashing fluid, laundry detergent, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. Only one small issue and without exaggeration from phone call in the evening to someone showing up with a toolbelt was under 15 min. There’s even a damage waiver policy that covers any damage up to 3,000. We’ll def be coming back.

The villa is so spacious and beautiful and the location is wonderful. Steps to the ocean and you can walk to the grocery store, food trucks and several restaurants. Pools are great too. House amenities are plentiful to include beach chairs and umbrella. Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, the view was incredible, and you can't be at walking out of your room straight down to the beach. The host was very quick with communication and checking if we ran into any issues. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Our group of 3 adults and 3 children loved our stay in this apartment. The location is absolutely stunning, as is the space itself. The ground floor was perfect for our 1.5 year olds - and a wonderful compromise, with a spectacular view, easy accessibility, and no hassle of a balcony. The underground parking onsite made it easy to take day trips to other parts of the island. We could have spent all our time at Honua Kai though! The pools, beach, dining were all outstanding.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very comfortable for our family of 4 and 4 grandparents. Can’t beat location and amenities at Honua Kai! Had some trouble with entry codes and didn't have a pool towel code for first 5 days, however was able to just ask attendant for towels when they were restocking.

Upon arrival, we opened the sofa bed and found the sheets full of sand. We called property management and were told there were extra sheets in the closet and to use those. We also discovered that the internet was not working. A cable was placed the next day. Had to kill quite a few roaches.
