Comfortable convenient stay. Condo is well equipped - property is in a great location. Close to beach and other amenities. Pools are smaller but my kids still had a blast at them. Tennis courts are in great condition and we used them daily. BBQ’s are right out back door - very convenient. Enjoyed the ground floor and grassy area for my kids to play on. Path to parking lot is right close by so there is a bit of noise coming from that but it didn’t bother us too much. Consider bringing extra toiletries or picking some up on your way - the host leaves a starter package depending on how many people are staying. We needed to top up eventually. Slept well - the full AC made it very comfortable at night. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Kim for everything!
We have stayed at the Maui Vista many years. This is the nicest unit we have stayed in. We rented 4 units this year through Vrbo this year. Have had very good results.
This was a great condo to stay at for our 1st visit to Maui. The condo had everything we needed: beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, strong WiFi, big lanai for sitting and eating outside, comfortable bed. A beautiful beach is just steps right across the road! We definitely recommend.
Really liked ground floor and lanai. quiet area with a nice patch of grass for grandsons to run and roll on.
king sized bed and air-conditioning in bedroom really appreciated. Location for pickleball and going to beach perfect. Able to walk to shave ice and basic groceries.
The place was nice, but air in bedroom only hummed and didnt put out cool air. Though quite hot, we simply slept with bedroom window open. We found the palce to have evrything that we needed.
This condo is in a great location. Beaches are walking distance, grounds are very pretty, easy access to so many things. The appearance of condo is very nice. Exactly like what is pictured. It was clean and furniture was comfortable as well as bed being comfortable too. Kitchen newly done and is really nice. It has everything you will need for your vacation in paradise. Owner answered all our questions. Perfect for the two of us!
Great time. Had to cut our time short due to virus. Kimberly was great and very understanding Liked that there were some spices in cupboard. Hopefully we will be back
Great location to stay while in Maui. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Welcoming, family friendly complex. Owner and property management promptly responded to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wants a home away from home while visiting Maui.
We enjoyed our stay so very much. Had a few glitches, but they were taken care of and accommodations made quickly. We will absolutely work our vacations around the availability of Kim’s place. Oh! The beach is literally less then 400 steps away!
