Unit had been upgraded. It’s all about location and amenities close by. Country side of Oahu where property is located is beautiful
Towels, Dishware, you name it, anything and everything was available. Clean and tidy. great location!
Place was nice. Very clean well kept pool and gardens. The dishwasher at the property does not work. It was supposed to be fixed but was not. Communication with the office was never answered nor was a price discount given. VRBO said the check in information would be sent out 3 days ahead. It was sent out the day before once we had started travelling, so had to find a wifi connection to retrieve. The accommodation’s wifi password given in the check in documents was not the proper password. We found one on the modem by the TV that worked. Several questions about where to find the bedding for the 3rd person and a proper wifi password were never answered. The office takes all weekend and holiday days off, so plan your stay to check in during office hours. When you are an international traveller without a phone plan an emergency phone number is of little use
The bedding had stains and were not clean. The pull out bed had stains and was not clean
Location of property is outstanding. This is considered county side of Island and it is. Hawaii is an expensive place to visit. Location of multiple beaches to visit. Ability to cook at home. Plenty of sites to see. North shore is definitely that destination on Oahu. Mahalo and Aloha until we meet again….and we will.
All screen doors did not work properly and came off tracks immediately! Also the pool was down so we couldn’t be on July 4th (other pool bbq was occupied).

The turtle bay rental agency made the experience very easy and convenient. The unit was clean, neat and easy to access. The bedroom carpet was rather hold and had a slightly musty odor which dissipated once the windows were opened.The overall experience was exceptional and other than the age of the bedroom carpet was without a hitch. W3’ll be back

Lots of noise from the unit above. Hot water for about two minutes then turns tepid or cold. Screens at the front of the lanai are broken. I live on Ala Moana Blvd across from the park & was happy to get home.
The location is idyllic, 3 minute walk from the iconic Turtle Bay Resort for a fraction of the price. To stay here is a bit spendy, however, the price point can’t be beat for the location that it’s in. This stay is in the middle of an apartment complex so you deal with the normal issues with that, during my stay there were kids running all throughout the housing directly above me so it made it challenging to keep asleep - this is no fault to the room though. The housing was relatively clean and offered several amenities but the carpeting was somewhat raggedy and dirty and when I used the shower a ton of rust particles poured out before the water cleared it up after running a bit. All in all, a pleasant stay, it’s not the most luxurious apartment but again, for the price, it cannot be beat. I would stay here again if I was looking to save some cash and wanted to spend my time on the beautiful north shore.

townhouse needed upkeep, such as the 2 bathroom ceiling fans should be replace(to loud), master bathroom shower water drips and faucet hard to operate, ceiling fans dirty and windows hard to open
