Clean, conveniently located condo in the turtle bay neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach/hotel, neat and clean, and well stocked with towels, sunscreen, and a ton of beach and snorkel gear which was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again!
The location was really quiet and peaceful. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.The host provided very clear instructions and we were able to get in easily.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Snorkel gear and beach items were available to use which was fabulous! I enjoyed the books available to read. The bed was comfortable. We would recommend new chairs for the sunroom and the bathroom definitely needs to be repainted. As for the kitchen. The coffee mugs were stained and the dishwasher and fridge need to be replaced (tons of rust). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cups and things for cooking using the stove. Some of the blinds in the bedroom have to be replaced! It is a safety concern. I saw a review a few months ago about this concern and it still has not been replaced. I would definitely recommend this place and it was nice.
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much. The location is ideal. Bed is comfortable and we loved have access to beach equipment.
We loved this condo for exploring the North Shore. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything, having laundry was great, and the bed super comfy. Great to have onsite parking. Easy walk to Turtle Bay Resort and their beaches, restaurants, and gorgeous sunsets.
Thankfully everything working. AC, washer, dryer etc. The location is good. Absolutely love turtle bay. Unfortunately, the Pictures don’t truly reflect the wear and tear of the condo. Much needed love is in need. Paint throughout, shower curtain needs replacing, refrigerator has rust inside and out and doesn’t look good. The floor tiles are cracked and loose and make noise when you walk on them.
Condo was clean. The kitchen was nice, well equipped. Frig is old with minor rusting on shelves. Bedroom and bathroom are fine. Nice beach equipment provided. Location is excellent! Many reviews talk about the "run down" condition. Yes, there are places where paint is peeling and drywall needs some patching. These were minor and to be expected in the humid climate that Hawaii is. We weren't bothered by that. We do suggest that owner fix the blind slats that are missing in the bedroom. Since it is the bedroom and right at the front of the condo, this should be a priority. Also, larger and more bath towels would be appreciated. For the very reasonable price, this condo is great!
Like others mentioned, needs major updating. I saw a comment about Feb 2025 updates, but did not see it and it is April. Old school feel with old school smell. Home-y. COMFORTABLE bed! Let us check-in early when asked! Close to turtle beach and about 20 mins drive to everything we wanted to do. Dedicated single parking spot! Swimming pool! Flippers and beach items! I would stay again!
Property was as advertised. Great value, sure there's a few things are little rough around the edges, you're on a tropical island surrounded by saltwater air, metal rusts. Accommodations were clean and enjoyed all of it.
We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. The grounds are impeccable and you're surrounded by lush greenery, a ton of birds and you back up to the walking path and golf course. It has a nice patio with a table and chairs. Its very quiet and serene. I stayed on three islands in three different VRBO and this was my favorite. It is so well equipped for the beach and water, they have pretty much everything you need. We had nice beach chairs with umbrella, snorkeling gear and beach towels. I was quite surprised by the amount of goodies we had access to. And if they do not have the kitchen utensil you are looking for then you don't need it..... LOL There was a room ac unit inside the front bedroom as well as another unit in the main living area. The place was great for me and my husband, did not feel cramped at all. I also loved the north shore location as well as being very close to the beach that is open to the public and is right behind the Ritz Carlton. The was only one issue that for me, was not so mush of an issue but thought it should be mentioned. This unit is very much in need of a remodel. The unit is NOT in disrepair, it is just in need of some cosmetic enhancements. If you are a picky pick that wants everything perfect, might not work for you. It is clean and everything works and works well. Once again, so many accommodations inside the condo, but really needs new flooring, appliances, doors and some paint. Again, I would go back and rent it all over again, for sure
If you're making the North shore your base, this is the perfect location. Close to the Ritz Carlton is a plus - for nice restaurants and public beach. The condo complex is well-maintained and safe. Nice pool area. Great communication with the owner - responsive & helpful.However....the condo itself is in absolutely terrible shape. Kitchen appliances are rusted and need replaced; paint & plaster are peeling from walls and doors; the AC does not work well; ceramic tile flooring is cracked and chipped, making it dangerous to walk barefooted in the unit. Too many other concerns to mention. The owner explained that the condo was scheduled for renovation this month (Mar 2025) but this had to be postponed to the summer. For this reason I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone until a complete remodel of the unit is finished.
This property provides a quiet and secluded place to relax on the North Shore of Oahu before venturing out into the local area for time on the beach or to try the local cuisine.
The location in turtle Bay is excellent. Enjoyed the walking trails and local surf spots. The doors and walls could use a new coat of paint. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and glassware you would need. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here
Beautiful place by turtle bay and easy access to the beach. You can walk to the beach or go golfing next door. Has everything you need! Kiley was so nice and easy to communicate with! They'll make sure you feel at home. Enjoy!
We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean just a few things required updating. Enjoyed being on the ground floor, with a screen enclosed lanai and the opportunity to sit outside on the lawn. Area requires a car to sightsee. Loved the availability of beach chairs. Ritz hotel is very nice but pricey. Enjoyed their beach area.
This condo is the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore. While I would agree it could use some TLC it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. Easy walking distance to a couple small beaches. Kiley is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.
Kiley was extremely accessible. Love the first floor location. The bed was super comfortable. The lanai was beautifully facing the golf course. Can’t thank Kiley enough.
Nice location, 15min walk to beach alongside golf course, surf high in January, easy access to beach at Ritz Carleton. Owner very pleasant and quick response to minor issue (entry instructions).-Condo in need of updating I.e. fresh paint job needed, especially bathroom, appliances are older (dishwasher rusty) ..pretty much have to drive to shopping and restaurants (except Lei Lei’s on the golf course)..Overall, would stay again, due to location and quiet surroundings.
I stayed at this property for 9 nights at the end of December 2024. I agree with several other reviews that some maintenance could be done to improve a few interior issues, but overall i found the property was perfect for my needs.The kitchen qas well stocked,and had all of the things i needed. The view from the lanai was very relaxing.The location might be the best thing about this property. Most of the activites and sights we wanted to see were within a 30 minute drive.Overall, we were very pleased and not only would we highly recommend this property, we would not consider staying elsewhere now! Excellent experience!
It was our first trip to Hawaii - so much fun! The condo was nice and quiet, clean and suited the purpose of giving us a landing spot after a full day of being out and about. The location was good, only a 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Weather was great too.
We had a lovely time at this home on the Turtle Bay Resort property. The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and resort. The golf course is right outside the back door. The space was very clean and cozy.
Very poorly kept condo, with damage, rust, holes in the baseboards, scraped paint on the walls, rusty appliances, doors that won't close, very disappointing impression for a "charming" rental.
They say they're remodeling in Feb 2025, they say...

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the Turtle Bay resort beaches! The community pool was close to the unit and not crowded. It was great to relax there after a day of hiking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that the condo could use some TLC.
Great floor level unit with an AC unit in the bedroom, which is a good thing in the summer months. Decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable to me. I would definitely stay at this place again.
Had everything needed for beach vacation. Bit old but clean.
Over-all we were very pleased with the property and we love the area. However, a couple of items need to be addressed with respect to the property itself. One, the blinds in the bedroom were missing three panels and did not close completely making not as dark as we would have liked. This should be addressed soon. Two, the AC unit in the back of the unit needed a pan underneath in order to catch condensation from the cooling of the unit. It was full when we discovered it and had to empty three more times during our stay. Lastly the shower wand was difficult to adjust and we think needs to be replaced.

The bed was very comfortable and the condo was a nice size for two. Decorating was nice but unit was a bit run down. Paint was pealing.
