We didn’t stay in the property listed because it was undergoing maintenance so we were moved to a different condo. I can only speak to the one we stayed in. Condo was good for a family because there were a lot of beds, full kitchen, and nice ground level patio. Location was great, parking convenient, we visited the turtle bay beach by the Ritz Carlton for good swimming and snorkeling. We drove to a bunch of different beaches (Waimea, sunset beach) which were very nice sand, waves were good for surfing, but not good for small children as there were some days you couldn’t get in the water at all. Kids loved the pool and there is a BBQ.We had an issue with our water heater, but I called the facility and they fixed it within the day. I loved how attentive they were.One of the only negatives I would state are the lack of amenities available in the actual condo. No sand toys, beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc., for the beach. I rented all these separately through a third-party. The condo itself is pretty bare bones as far as utensils, knives, no can opener, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, only one almost gone box of tissues, etc., but had enough that we still enjoyed our stay. I also didn’t like that the front door doesn’t have a deadbolt so anyone with a code could get in, and my small kids could get out. We would definitely come back here, but if I were the renter, I would add a few more amenities that tourist cannot travel with as listed above to make this even more enjoyable.
My family and I stayed here on our recent vacation and really enjoyed the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was a few steps from the front door, and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. A few updates could be made to the house, but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We did have to go buy pool/beach towels as there were only 3 in the unit but there were plenty of shower towels. The location was great, close to the Turtle Bay restaurants as well as food trucks and a Foodland a few minutes up the street. There were several beautiful beaches we went to within a 10 minute drive and it was an easy drive to explore the island.
Comfortable arrangement for 2 friends traveling together , with bed and bath downstairs and another in the loft. Unit needs a little updating, There was a bad smell upon check in. We opened all the windows but it still didn't fully dissipate over 2 days, especially in bedroom next to front door. Bug spray? Lanai was not comfortable. Not enough space for all the furniture and plants, misc that was there. Kitchen adequately stocked. Good location and parking situation. Decent rental rate, but fees are high so it nearly doubled the cost of a 2 night stay.

We spent Christmas here, it was a wonderful get away. Close enough to snorkel and dine out in nearby towns.
Owner neighbor was unhappy with our screen door slamming shut as spring return unit is worn and screen door does not fit door frame properly. All three smoke detectors were missing, glass windows in loft wouldn’t close as handles require adjustment. Room safe did not work as batteries require replacement. Downstairs bathroom requires handle adjustment as it was loose. Generally quiet location and unit functional but missing amenities that we are accustomed to at typical 3-Star time shares. Disappointed for the price point.

My daughter and nephew did not seem to care about the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach. The sunrise at the beach is beautiful. The property is missing smoke detectors and has a running toilet on the first floor. The front door slams when you try to close it. The next-door neighbors do not like that it is a rental property and can come across rude. we enjoyed the kitchen and had breakfast every morning. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to lots of restaurants and food trucks.

We loved this location and we really enjoyed our stay. The boogie boards were all broken when we arrived but we purchased two during our stay and left them there for the next guests to use. The tv in the main living area had some issues and it took forever to change the channel but the one in the master bedroom worked great. The mattress in the master wasn’t the comfiest and could probably use an upgrade. We appreciated the extra beach towels to use and loved having a washer & dryer.

Been staying at these rentals (not this particular condo) for the last 15 years. By far the rental we just used was the best...cleanliness, quality of furniture, location, etc. Best meals at the hotel and Lei Leis. Will be back again!
