My family of 4 stayed at Turtle Bay Deep Blue for 5 nights. Location is great, and the unit does have brand new laminate flooring, a nice washer/dryer, and 1 new sink vanity.... Everything else is dated from about 1986. Stove, Fan hood, Refrigerator, toaster, etc are all rusted and not up to today's standards. Front burner still not really working (something I saw in a review from 2007. The Condo is sorely in need of a new paint job, baseboard cleaning, and other basic updates. A/C is limited to an older window unit in the master bedroom, but it smells moldy while running and we quickly turned it off. The Trade winds do blow through the unit really well, which was amazing, but bring an eye mask because with the windows and curtains pulled back the exterior lighting will keep you up all night unless you cover your eyes. There are very few hooks or places to hang towels (we ended up using the stairs to the loft, and it would be great if the rental company added a few wall hooks at the entry way, or a shoe rack outside. The beds and pillows are miserably hard. Top is off they threaten your cleaning deposit with nearly every email... Overall, we'd stay at Kuilima again this was already our 2nd time in the area, but won't rent this unit again. Insult to injury ....unit Quoted price ended up being about 45 % more than the nightly fee due to Cleaning Fee, Service Fee, Taxes and Cleaning Deposit. They charge you 30 days out and there is no way to cancel or leave early.
Perfect size and amenities were as advertised ! Perfect place to stay for a staycation on the North shore
The place itself was nice. We were given a code to use at the gate, but it didn't work. After accessing the security guard, we gained entrance. There was no air conditioning; however, the cross breeze from the sliding door and window in the loft cooled things off. There was no blender. We were instructed to gather up all the trash (no problem doing that), but when we got to the nearest dumpster, it was locked and a sign posted-no access. The pool was very nice. It was clean, good sized and the water temperature was warm.

1 bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs. Space also has an upper loft space with 2 twin mattresses and a small full bathroom too.
Great spot to land and run around the north shore! Has AC but also great cross breeze.
Definitely recommend for a family of four!

Overall everything was great! The screen door did not move smoothly and the screen needs to be replaced. It allowed for bugs to get in and would be an easy fix. My daughter had bug bites on her arm after sleeping. I wished there were a few more amenities in the kitchen. Salt and pepper would be helpful. The location was great. Easy to get everywhere. I recommend the Turtle Bay Hotel for sunset and drinks! We never did see the property manager as they were out sick.
Had a great stay. Condo was very clean and had the essentials. Only thing I missed was a measuring cup. Was happy to see condo matched posting exactly. Great location, about a 15m walk to turtle bay resort for dinner and to the beach and 10m drive to Foodland. Mattress was very uncomfortable to us (subjective) and made me think about the benefits of staying in a hotel, because you always get a nice bed- something I’ll weigh in the future.
