The property was in a great location, very close to Turtle Bay and surrounding towns. We weren’t in the condo much (why be there when you can be on the beach and explore the North Shore?), which is why we didn’t mind the following small annoyances:-Hot at nights, even with the screen doors open, fans going and the small a/c unit on (which never got cold, just kinda cool),-Only three small rolls of TP for a family for 6 days (we had to buy more), one garbage bag for the kitchen and one for the bathroom (we had to buy more), only one kitchen rag, no laundry soap (even though it was requested that we throw the towels in the washer when we checked out)Other than those issues, we loved our stay and realized it’s not a perfect place, but was a lot cheaper than most other condos in that area. Mahalo!

The accommodations were acceptable. The floor was not clean. The fridge is rusty. Do's and don'ts are off putting as well as nickel and diming on the hydro for example. Some of the issues (stove element) were mentioned in reviews almost 3 years ago. He says he's doing repairs and renos but clearly nothing is happening. You get what you pay for. Don't expect luxury accommodations for the low price. Ending on a positive note, it was a gated community and there were lots of amenities. Location is great for covering a lot of Oahu outside of Honolulu.
The apartment has a lot of space and many equipment like in the kitchen and beach stuff. It is great located. Unfortunately the sheets of our pillows weren't really clean at our arrival. After texting and speaking to Kyle at the phone he didn't give a solution and said the pillows are washed and we should not expext a luxury resort. We think it is normal to expect clean sheets in every hotel/hostel/etc. We took our towels over the pillows to feel comfortable. The check in was flexible and easy. There a many many many instructions about the apartment, what is allowed and not, what is broken and should not be used, what costs extra... some things could be more taken care of or repaired. It seems that there isn't lot of interest to invest in things. The dishwaser must not be used at our stay and is going to be exchanged only when new cabinets are bought.. the light in the bathroom turns off every 3 minutes.. all in all it was a good stay but it could be improved for the future guests.

Great area, near many activities, as well as a beautiful walk to Turtle Bay. Few minutes drive to beaches, food trucks, Foodland, Polynesian Culture Centre.Beautiful stay
Price reflected the quality of the property, definitely in need of an update.
This VRBO rental had some positive aspects, such as its proximity to the beaches and being located in a secure gated community. However, our overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the property and the host’s behavior.The property itself is rundown and in need of significant repairs. During our stay, insects got into our food, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the rental was poorly stocked—there was only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, and no bath soap or body wash was provided.The host was the biggest issue. Two days before check-in, he sent us an overwhelming list of strict rules, including not staining the towels, not running the air conditioner during the day, and limiting laundry use. He also double-booked our last day and pressured us to leave early, which we reluctantly did.To make matters worse, after our stay, the host attempted to charge us an extra 3 per day for electricity, claiming we exceeded his estimated usage. He also repeatedly hassled my wife about a payment she had already made, forcing her to send multiple screenshots as proof.While the location is great, the poor condition of the property and the host’s unprofessional behavior made this a terrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this rental—it’s not worth the stress and frustration.

It was a pretty good stay. Great location and the place is clean. Just wish the screendoors were not broken so we could have opened those a lot more easily. Other things need to be fixed as well that the owner is aware of like the dishwasher.

This property was disappointing in several ways. The Dish Washer didnt work. The stove top was dirty and thappliances l couch we broken down.
Our stay was wonderful, the condo was as advertised, it's a great location, and the host was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again for sure!
