The condo is in the building next to the pool but on the side that doesn’t directly overlook it. The AC worked great, but we only needed it at night—the ceiling fans and the cool breeze kept us comfortable during the day. The check-in instructions were clear and very helpful. We had a small mix-up, but it was resolved right away.The condo was spotless and stocked with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. The washer and dryer were so convenient, and having laundry soap provided was a major plus! This was our first time using VRBO, and we didn’t realize we could post photos, but the listing pictures were spot-on—everything looked exactly as described.The walk to the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.
Top spot in beautiful surroundings, close to everything we needed /wanted - food, beach/activities, good coffee. Accommodation super clean and comfortable - and Ginger was proactive, friendly and responsive as a host. We stayed with our 8yo boys and the four of us loved it.
Host Ginger, made soo many accommodations and was so easy going and easy to communicate with while also making checking in and out a breeze. The place was exactly as it is detailed and then some. Perfect location for the pool and distance to the resort as well as the entire north shore. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place!!
I liked the easy check in and were right next to the pool. Free parking. North Shore is just up the road.
Great place - very handy to Turtle Bay resort and the nearby walks and beaches. The apartment is quite spacious and Ginger was very good to deal with - would recommend a stay here.
Walking distance to pool, beach and Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton. Just need to be agile enough to go up & down the spiral staircase.
Three friends and I stayed here when visiting for a wedding at Loulu palm and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Probably my best experience so far with renting out property just because of ease of use, the owner’s quick responses, and the proximity to the Ritz Carlton resort which has plenty of bars and restaurants and beautiful views. The property was clean, quiet, and could sleep two couples great with the pull out couch. The clean up requirement was minimal so it made packing up and leaving easy. It also had access to a pool just a few feet away. Thanks for great condo and access to turtle beach!
This was a great place for my husband, toddler and I to stay while we explored the North Shore. It is a short driving distance to all the sites we wanted to see, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
This condo was perfectly located, an easy walk to the resort and beaches.
The kitchen was well stocked and overall everything was clean and comfortable.
Ginger was a good host and we did not have any concerns during our visit.
Would definitely stay here again!

Ginger’s condo was amazing and she was amazing at responding to questions. The condo was in the perfect location on the North Shore. Our favorite beach, Turtle Bay Beach was five minutes from her condo. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you could think of to use. We would definitely stay again.
We love the Turtle Bay area and this spot was in a primo location. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk up to the hotel where they had shopping and excellent food. The condo had everything we needed including shampoo/conditioner and even laundry soap. We used the beach chairs one day too! Great spot!
Easy to get to and close to many great areas. First trip to the north shore, but not the last.
Our stay was great. The condo was more than fully equipped with everything you might need, very clean and quiet neighborhood. The beach is only a 3min walk away. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting the north shore.
