Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful and private property. Worked great to walk to the Hā’ena State Park shuttle stop at Princeville Golf Club. Also, short walk to Nourish for breakfast with amazing views.
We had the best experience celebrating our honeymoon and staying at the Tree Top Suite! The home was absolutely beautiful surrounded by nature. Definitely will book again!
Such a gem of a place! This was the perfect introduction to Kauai!! The property was so perfect t for my husband and me to stay and celebrate our anniversary. Super clean, immaculate, airy and plenty of space. Everything is so close by… we loved eating at Bar Acuda and the Hanalei pizza shop was also amazing! We went to Hanalei Bay and Tunnels Beach, which were also so beautiful and picturesque. You cannot put it into words how amazing this place is!!!
This was the most perfect getaway for my husband and I as we explored Kauai for our honeymoon. We were worried about the lack of AC but it was honestly not an issue at all. The trees provide great cover and the fans took care of the rest. This suite was so clean and i DREAM about the rainfall shower to this day. Could not recommend this place more. Kay was amazing and our stay was PERFECT! thank you!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the treehouse. The home was beautiful and more than we imagined. We loved waking up among the trees every morning and being so close to Hanalei. The beautiful shower, beach chairs and cooler were extra pluses! Hope to visit again.
Tree top suite was exactly as advertised, even staying in the warm month of August the ample windows and fans kept it comfortable. Rain showers at night were such a treat to hear too!The hosts shared directions for getting to a quiet beach just a 15 minute walk away, this was absolutely amazing! I felt very close to everything to do and see in Hanalei but with the serenity and views of this location I actually preferred not being right in town. Water pressure and rain-style shower was amazing.
We were in awe as we entered the property. A designated parking area was available. The property is basically one large room, with the bedroom down 3 steps from the rest of the house. But it is truly beautiful with all of the windows and plants that surround the house. The living room area was comfortable and the kitchen was functional with an induction plate for cooking. The small room has a place to hang up clothing and keep the suitcases. The bathroom has dual sinks and a good shower. There is a small deck to sit on, but we had rain daily and did not have the chance.
A full line grocery store is nearby for your grocery needs. Also we did walk do Hanalei Bay via the path as noted in the notebook inside. You walk through a forested area and come out at a beautiful Bay Area.
We were told the owners were out of town so we did not meet them and the communication was through VRBO. But everything was very clear in their notebook in the home.
We would ask to stay here again. Very very nice. I would say the best place we have had the opportunity to stay. 6 Stars.

Amazing design and layout of this place, the bed is literally surrounded by windows and the forest. No problems with any of the amenities, loved every minute!
Such a unique, serene property! Well-stocked with everything we could need. Awesome shower. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchenette clean. Loved listening to the birds in the morning and the rain at night. We were worried about not having AC in June but were pleasantly surprised that the fan and open windows were enough to keep us comfortable. Convenient to Hanalei and Princeville and nearby beaches. Our honeymoon stay was above and beyond all expectations. The home was beautiful and in a magical location with the surrounding greenery. The space was roomy and well laid out. It was easy to get to restaurants and beaches from the home. We would love to come back some day!
Nice little jungle home. Perfect for a couples getaway. Quick drive into Hanalei.
I booked because of the 10/10 for reviews and it did not disappoint! The property is easy to find and a great location for visiting Hanalei and the south side beaches. It’s private and feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The owners made the check in process and communication easy. Overall a great first experience to Kauai!
Tucked away on a quiet road with easy access to Hanalei and Princeville, this is the perfect place to enjoy the best of Kauai.
The property is immaculate and very well designed. Loved the small patio! Was just a short drive to the grocery in Princeville and less than 10 minutes down into Hanalei. Would definitely consider another stay here the next time we visit Kauai.

So close to everything. Perfect stay.
No AC in this place & the heat / humidity were horrific. Ceiling fans only stir the hot humid air. Couldn't comfortably be in the place until after sundown when temps cooled. There is no 'kitchenette' despite what description says. A hot plate, coffee maker, and toaster oven are not a kitchenette. By definition a kitchenette is a small kitchen w/ a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Also there was very poor cell service. Property is located on the very edge of coverage per signal scanner & maps. Wifi was okay, but TV lost connection and required reconnection every time it was turned on. Odd user profiles on TV also confused the matter - 1 male and 2 female profiles were found. Former guests? Owner's family members? Who knows... There was no storage for clothing, so nowhere to unpack suitcases. Left them open on the floor. The existing refrigerator didn't cool properly. Freezer was okay, but fridge compartment barely kept water cool. Notified host and they responded quickly, but issue wasn't resolved. Owner brought new fridge but didn't install. We winged it another day then left. There was also black mold or mildew in the shower area. Don't see anywhere to upload photos of this or the other shortcomings referenced above. Wouldn't stay here again. We left 4 days into our 7 day reservation for a more well appointed climate controlled condo nearby. No refund or compensation was offered, but this is likely par for the course in Hawaii. We were just glad to be done with it.
This was a lovely stay. One of our most favorite vrbo experiences ever. Really unique cool architecture and a great vibe. Walk to the beach a huge plus! Hearing the rainforest from the treehouse was so nice.

My wife and I loved this place. It’s small, intimate and has everything we needed. It’s close to Hanalei and Princeville so it’s easy to get around. With the kitchen appliances, we were able to cook a couple of breakfasts and lunch so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We would definitely stay here and recommend any other couples to stay here.
