This property was perfect for working in the area and enjoying the city. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants.
The location was perfect. The only feedback I have is the carpets were horrible. The place has a snowshoe policy inside the house, but the carpets were so dirty with big spots of stains in every room that I had to buy slippers to wear in the house.
Other than the carpet, I have no complaints very easy to walk anywhere and close to everything

We have enjoyed our stay at this apartment unit. It is clean and the kitchen is well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. A couple of cookware needs to be replaced. We did not have a car so it was inconvenient to have to pick up the keys from a lock box at another building quite far away.
The property was as described in the listing and photos. The condo building is in a wonderful, quiet location with well-maintained common areas. The condo itself is well equipped for cooking meals, laundry etc., but was looking a bit tired and worn when we were there, especially the carpet. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed in a reasonable timeframe and Rington, the maintenance person was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was an easy walk to Ala Moana shopping center and beach, as well as Waikiki. We would stay here again.

The Apartment was very good for our stay in Honolulu. It's near the beach and also near the Ala Moana Center! There are also two bus stops near the Apartment. The Apartment was clean and also comfy. The kitchen is very big. I would recommend this apartment to my friends! :)
The property was jut as described and was very quick and easy to get to many locations. Plenty of eating options within walking distance, Grocery store around the corner, parking spot was available in the garage (although note, we had an SUV and it was TIGHT to fit in there since it was in the corner), and the pool area and grill were a lovely addition.
However, towards the end of our stay (one week left of a 30 day stay) the washing machine all of a sudden wasn't working, so I tried contacting the property management company and never got a response. We tried calling and emailing and nothing, so basically we had to do without a washing machine for 1/4 of our stay. Wasn't happy to have no response and no solution for our clothes as this was a work trip.
All in all I would consider staying here again if we could guarantee response from the PM and know that appliances were in working order. Thanks!

The Cove was a nearly perfect location for a month of working and vacationing. With a good internet connection and pool view, I was able to work remotely with no issues. There is no dedicated workspace, but I was comfortable sitting on the floor.After work, my family and I were able to visit the beaches and shopping with relative ease. It's about 10-15 min walk to lagoon and nearest beach or the International Marketplace. In the opposite direction, it's about 15 min walk to Ala Moana mall. The zoo and Waiola Shave Ice are ~2 miles away, but in opposite directions. We're used to walking our dogs 3-5 mi/day, so these distances are easily do-able. There are nearby bus and trolley stops.There are several rental car shops within a 10 minute walk, so we were able to visit the North Shore and Windward side on the weekends.Our favorite restaurants were Waiola Shave Ice, Montsarrat Shave Ice, Helena's, Seven Brothers, Waiahole Poi Factory, Aloha Sushi, Maui Brewing, Sato Seafood, Marugame Udon, and Foodland.

The Cove Waikiki condo was a perfect fit for my needs. I am a cyclist and the accommodations are perfect for that. The Bike cage is accessible and secure. The location is great but a little far from the action at Waikiki if you are walking. If you are just looking for a beach, the beach across the street is great or the beach at Magic Island is also very good. The condo was in great shape and had everything that I needed. The Ala Moana Mall is close and the Food Pantry is just around the corner. I was very satisfied with everything and the management at the condo was very responsive.

Alii Beach rentals is a much needed option in Hawaii where vacation accommodation options are often dominated by either larger, chain hotels with limited room options, or another large, nationwide, online provider of apartments. Alii Beach rentals provided us with an apartment and price point that the other two simply could not compare with, along with consistent, solid customer support.
The place was clean and stated as advertised. Rental company/management was responsive to our questions/issues and communicated quickly to resolve them.
