Property was condo at turtle bay. We have a daughter and her family on the North Shore so we visit often. This condo was stocked well with a full kitchen and supplies to go to the beach. We walked to restaurants and beaches. Also pool on site. We used it a few days during our stay. Highly recommend.

You can't beat the location of this rental. Condo was clean, good communication with property manager, had good access to clean and well maintained pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Four stars because this rental could use updating. Medicine cabinet in main bath is pealing, tub /shower is warn, one of the stairs going up to the loft is off set and could be a fall hazard. Also, having notes taped all over the place with rules is unsightly, could been done much better. Having the book of rules should be enough.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable with 4 beds and air conditioning and fans in each room. It had everything we needed for cooking and was clean. Short walk to golf course and Turtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.
Best thing about the condo is if you are not staying at Turtle Bay Hotel or The Villa’s this is the closest place to the beach. With two kids and my older parents it made the beach convenient with 5 minute walk
We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It had everything we needed and then some. From the air conditioning that cooled everything off in a matter of minutes after spending the day at the beach to the comfortable beds we fell into exhausted from all the fun we were having. There were plenty of beach supplies and plenty of kitchen appliances. The location was perfect- we love the North Shore and hope to visit again soon.
This 2nd floor condo is in a great location, situated next to the Ritz golf course and a short walk to the shoreline. We found the unit clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some TLC; but, this did not detract from our stay.
Was close to the beach, was a very nice place to stay.

Carpets and pots and pans and base boards were all dirty. Towels were very old and some bleach stained with other spots
Gina was great from the start with everything. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family. My sister and her family were staying at Turtle Bay Resort so this was perfect. Literally one of the closet units to the resort. Would definitely recommend!

The lay-out and location is nice, Northshore is fantastic. The placecurself was not clean.....sticky table we had to clean, floor was dirt y (had to clean our feet before getting in bed after showering).
Clean unit. Zero bugs (ants, geckos, mosquitos)
A/C in all rooms worked great. Clean washer dryer.
Nice place. Very comfortable. Not good for people who have trouble with stairs. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Very nice had air conditioner TV in living room, with cable, I sleep with a TV on , no TV in the bedroom, wish they did, walking distance to Turtle Bay, loved it will rent again
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location is peaceful, safe, and fully stocked with the amenities we needed to celebrate our friend's birthday and make it a memorable stay! Everyone had their own bed and having the portable AC was key!
The unit is a close walk to the beach and the pool was lovely. Communication with the host was clear and prompt and made for an easy check in and check out process. Would definitely rent again in the future!
This was our first trip to Hawaii and we are very glad we chose this location. The condo is in the perfect spot if you are wanting to stay out of the big city. We enjoyed the morning deck views and amenities of the property (pool, pickleball courts). We did have a vehicle for the duration of our stay and was happy to not have to worry about a parking spot.
The condo itself was comfortable for the 4 of us. Lots of room, never felt crowded. The 2 bathrooms were great, and comfortable beds.
Some feedback though - some of the kitchenware is quite old/well used and could be upgraded as well as removing carpet in the upstairs/loft would go a long way in cleanliness and just to freshen the place up.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay & can't wait to come back to this beautiful island.
Comfortable for all 6 of us. We loved the kitchen so we could prepare food. This place is located close to all of our favorite beaches. The swim toys and snorkel were a bonus!
We had a great start, we were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room. The condo has everything we needed. It is located on the second floor and over like the golf course but it close to the bay, easy waking distance to the beach. Communication with host was easy
