We had a lovely time. Plenty of space to spread out and also lots of places to be together.
We stayed a week in this beautiful home celebrating milestone birthdays. Family & Friends all loved the house and all that came along with it. Communication with the host was good for the most part, there was a minor miscommunication when asked about adding a person to the guest list, I was initially told by the concierge it could be done however by the time the host read the email I was told it could not be done only 8 guests were allowed for insurance purpose. There was enough room to sleep 10 actually. Nonetheless, the additional guest had booked excursions based on the initial answer so it was disappointing but we had to remove a guest from the list to stay in the house. Also the pool have a vacuum device that cleans the pool, it can’t be removed and it was always in the way we had to continue to move long hose to the side to enjoy the pool. Otherwise, great property we all loved the home had a barbecue one day and the grill was GRILLING!! We had to contact the host a few times about a missing TV remote, No beach towels left, the pool device etc….and I will say they were diligent in communicating in a timely manner and fixing any issues.
We loved our stay and were very pleased with home. We were 3 families staying here and had 2 families in other homes. Our place was very spacious to accommodate everyone for several meals! Wrap around lanai had beautiful views of the sunset every evening. Kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. 3 separate eating areas was wonderful and numerous gathering spaces allowed us to spread out or be together. Property management was quick and efficient with the few concerns we had. Some few suggestions- add shower to downstairs south bedroom ( only has tub)New washer and dryer- they were finicky Not being able to remove pool vacuum was annoying- swimming around it was a nuisance. Overall 5/5!!! Thank you for allowing us to rent this gorgeous home.
The home was amazing. The size was impressive. The pool was very refreshing and the hot tub was warming. Only issue we had was construction debris left around pool area
This was an amazing stay. Beautiful views, nice pool and hot tub. This house is close to town on the south side of Kona. Each bedroom gets their own bathroom. Gated community, the nights were quiet. We would stay here again.
We had an incredible stay at this property! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was even better than expected! Would HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely return to this property in the future. The house is great for enjoying time together and having time to yourself. The patio, pool area and lanai provided outstanding views and were all very comfortable. Do not hesitate to rent this house!

- the inside has been remodeled and has several wonderful gathering places that we really enjoyed- the view is incredible too!
The only issue with this property is the broken gutter off the back of the house - the constant dripping ( is not only loud ) but has caused damage to the pool deck and the mat that’s covering it is in serious need of being replaced, we also had problems with the pool chairs being old and worn & one even ripped by just sitting on it. We also received a noise complaint from my children playing in the pool around 4-7pm, which I find ridiculous, we rented a house with a pool to get away from the cranky timeshare old folks. My children are very well behaved and I wasn’t going to tell them to not talk when in the pool or have fun.
Those was our only concern- beautiful property otherwise.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. The view from both lanais is stunning. We cooked dinner nearly every night and the kitchen is well appointed so it was easy. The dining tables and chairs inside and outside were comfortable and we used them every day. The lanai furniture was comfortable for lounging.
The first duty of any rental place to stay is to have good beds. This place does. We did have to request of mattress topper for one bed but it was delivered promptly. The four bedrooms were comfortable and each has private outdoor space in addition to the public pool level lanai and the main floor lanai. And, this is the first of many rentals we have done where there were actually enough hangers for everyone!
The concierge service was outstanding. They responded immediately to questions of all kinds and even mundane needs like replacing the empty propane tank on the BBQ.
The pool and hot tub were well maintained and we used both.
Really, the only downside to the house is the sunken living room on the main floor. The grade change is obvious when you are going up. It can be hard to see when stepping down. Three of our group took a tumble (no one was hurt thankfully) before we found a way to temporarily mark the steps so everyone was aware every time they went down into the living room. We would recommend some subtle line or marking on the steps, even a midpoint handrail would do it without affecting the look of the room.

This property was even better than the photos! It worked perfectly for four adults and four children. There was plenty of space for dining and game playing. It was lovely to have the on-site pool to entertain children. We would definitely consider renting it in the future!
