I absolutely LOVED our stay here. The waves, the pool, the views. God, it was like a dream. So quiet and always a nice ocean breeze. Bed was unreal. Super comfortable! Will definitely be booking more trips and hopefully can stay here again. The women who helped me at Kauai vacation rentals had exceptional customer service!!!

This property was so adorable! I stayed here for a conference I was attending, and it was the perfect home base. The view is simply stunning, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Can't wait to bring my family back with me! Would highly recommend!

We love staying in Poipu! Sunny with plenty of great places to eat and great views of the ocean and sunset! We have stayed at Sunset Kahili for 5 years each June and we love the location, the ocean view and the amazing trade winds that keep the condo cool. This unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We love walking down to Poipu beach each morning to see the turtles and viewing the sunset from the lanai each evening!
Nice unit in an older complex. Located minutes (walking distance) from Poipu Beach. Well appointed. Views of the ocean from the lanai, sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We enjoyed our stay very much.
When you advertise the rental, you should have stated that there was going to be construction/demolition going on during our stay. Started at 8:00am through 4:00pm. This project was to last a month. Secondly, Vrbo fees are ridiculous. Don't know what the hell I paid 400.00 for.Won't use Vrbo again
First time to this area and stayed five nights during Feb '25. Great location. Condo was in decent shape, clean and over all very nice and comfortable. Was worried about no AC but enjoyed falling asleep to the ocean with windows open. Would rent this again

Top notch! Outstanding! Spacious! The condo had everything you could possibly need for cooking, eating, doing laundry & going to the beach. All we needed was food.The location is excellent. The pool was warm & cleaned daily. The condo had two ceiling fans plus 2 floor fans - which we used. The only minor drawback is that this condo faces straight west - so the afternoon sun can get quite hot & intense for sitting on the lanai.

The view from the lanai was outstanding and we enjoyed our coffee there in the mornings and a sundowner in the evening. The condo itself was fine but starting to show its age. We were not a fan of the no air conditioning and had difficulty sleeping because of the lack of a cool bedroom. We were unable to use the laundry facilities because the dryer was not vented to the outside and quickly made the condo unbearable. I would not rent this condo again.
We loved everything about our stay. Having walking access to Poipu Beach was the best! Property manager was wonderful in her communication.

My husband and I had visited Sunset Kahili several times before using KVR, including unit 403 (pre-renovation). This is a great unit--the location is fantastic; the renovation updated the kitchen and bath; the bed is comfortable; the building is quiet. And KVR is very professional.

Rental has quality snorkeling equipment, boogie board, beach chairs, views of the ocean plus plenty of towels, ceiling fans, comfortable furniture, big TV. Close to Poipu beach. Faces afternoon sun so gets very warm. Several units are being renovated thus construction crews,scaffolding,noise, and rerouted access to parking lot.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, and the always magical breezes flowing through. Our evening and cooking times could have been much improved if the lighting was better! Kitchen had dim lighting and no lamp had bigger than 60w bulbs. Went to Kauai rentals and they had no bigger bulbs. Otherwise a delightful place.

The room was somewhat dated, but not bad. The bed was quite comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the beaches and sunsets.We did however have frustrations with the beach equipment they said was available. The lawn chairs were both broken and couldn’t be used. The umbrella was broken in one spot. We used it once and gave up. The chairs were ridiculous, and we bought our own at Walmart.
This condo had the most amazing views and sunsets! Close to great beaches and town. I would definitely return some day!
