Love the condo, clean, bright and decorated beautifully. Definitely a touch of Maui's beach life.On 4th floor, with a great view of the park and beach from the patio. I would highly recommend.
Here are the positive things about this condo, It is in a Great Location for walking, lots of shops and places to eat near by, The food trucks and the farmers market/garden area behind it is so cute. The condo was quiet and everyone was very nice. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets.
The maybe not so great things.
The condo it self was just ok, it could use updating, and it wasn't very clean, whoever you are using to do your cleaning is not doing a very good job. The shower could use a very deep clean, the shower head is just awkward if your over 5'7. the bed is very uncomfortable is is a lot higher than the end tables next to it. The AC in the bedroom was only allowed to be on for 1 hr a day. and it gets very hot back there, the fans didn't blow very much air, they need to be cleaned or replaced. The AC in the main part of the house leaked so much that we had to keep cleaning up the water, and someone complained about it and the maintenance guy came and said the owners were told to fix it awhile ago.
You pay cleaning fees but are told to do the laundry and clean the place before you leave. Seeing as how it wasn't very clean to begin with I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for exactly.
However, we enjoyed our time here and would come back again. Maybe not to this condo but to another one in the building maybe.
I really was thankful how easy and no hassle it was to check in after a long flight and how close the location was to our favorite beaches. A lot of resorts or condos are really stuffy and this had a good vibe and it seems like many of the tenants were locals. The balcony was amazing for sunsets. Very comfy pull out couch though which is hard to come by ! Would totally stay again. Right around from the best bars and snacks in Kihei. See you next time !
This was a vary nice and clean condo we stayed at. Great view of the ocean and walking distance of everything. Everything you need is pretty much provided. They have a great guide book that helped us figure out where to visit. Highly recommend this place.
Had great views from the lanai, able to see some whales jumping in the distance. Had everything needed for the stay. Beaches and plenty of food options in walkable distance and even more a short drive away!
We found everything to be as we expected. Very easy to work with and very helpful with any questions we had. Found this to be in the middle of the places we wanted to visit and found it close to many food trucks and local restaurants that could be a short drive or a short walk. Beachs and parks very close. The ocean is in view and sun set if you wanted to sit on balcony. Thank you.
