Spacious Hawaiian home 50 steps from Sugar Beach!

This permitted private home (STKM2020/003, TA-145-334-3744) is unique to the vacation rental market! The home is a short 50 steps to a stretch of the famous Sugar Beach. It's a spacious and updated three bedroom, two bathroom, that comfortably sleeps a total of SIX guests(regardless of age). All six guests shall be of the same party. The home is situated on a spacious lot with native lush trees and greenery. The trade winds keep the home cool throughout the year. This home does not have air conditioning.
The indoor and outdoor spaces have been created with relaxation in mind. However, no parties, events, or receptions of any kind are allowed.

Quiet hours are 9am to 8pm, during which time the noise from the short term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive then would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short term rental is prohibited.
Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street.
No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for the free use by everyone.
