Great location close to all you need but away from the crowds. Central access to everywhere on the island. We loved this condo and appreciated how well appointed it was. View was amazing.
We love Sugar Beach! The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. When we ran out of a needed essential, it only took one call and it was taken care of. Thank you.The view from the deck is unbelievable. We had coffee every morning and cocktails every evening. Perfect!
Gorgeous views and wonderful ocean wave sounds. Great location on the northern edge of Kihei that's a short drive to the restaurants in town and the resort area and beaches of Wailea. The unit is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available. It's part of Sugar Beach Resort, which is beachfront on a fairly quiet part of the beach.
Beautiful view! Spotless condo with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. We've stayed at Sugar Beach Resort before and it's lovely. You can walk to the farmers market from there. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return

Great location with beautiful view. Very comfortable bed but the sleeper sofa is not. Well appointed kitchen but there was no cooking basics like oil, condiments and spices, only salt and pepper and a few packs of sugar. Beach is awesome and the pool and hot tub were great. On site bar and grill is fun and has great drinks and the cook is good too. Great stay and I would recommend it for sure!
We've been returning to Sugar Beach Resort for 14 years now, and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in. Everything was clean, the furniture was in good shape and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!
Make sure you clean up before you leave or you get extra charge for not washing cloths or cleaning a spill in refigerator. Not sure why you pay 200.00 for clean up never had this ever happen in over 50 years. We cleaned & swept up before leaving.
Really enjoyed this area on the north end of Kihei. Very quiet, away from the noise of the more touristy areas yet easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach and the bay
It was amazing! Condo was very clean with a beautiful view right on the water. Looks exactly like pictures on the website. Had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, nice bed, patio etc. Close to downtown Kihei and many places to eat. We were looking for a special place to stay for our honeymoon and this place exceeded our expectations.We were able to sit on the patio every morning and evening and had the best view for sunrise and sunsets .Would definitely recommend staying here!
The hostess was very helpful and communicative. The vrbo was nice and located right on the beach, exactly what was promised.
Would happily stay there again.

We loved this unit for our stay in Maui. Sugar Beach is our favorite - centrally located, quiet and private, close to the farmers' market, with incredible views. The condo was clean and comfortable, communication with the host was easy and simple, and we'd definitely stay here again.
Beautiful location and the view was awesome.
We enjoyed the property and really appreciated that it shared items for beach days, like towels, chairs, an umbrella, and cooler! The registration office was very friendly too! The bed was very comfortable and the place just had everything we could need.
Perfect view of ocean. The condo is right on the beach. The condo was clean, well stocked, & comfortable.
Of no fault of the condo, but worth noting: the community jacuzzi did not work for most of the trip & there are tons of mosquitoes.
We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this condo. It was a peaceful stay right on a quiet, lovely beach. I miss it already!
This oceanfront condo has a beautiful view, is well maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. We appreciated all the posted instructions on how to access and utilize the lights/appliances. The property location is within a 10 minute car ride to multiple restaurants and stores.

What an amazing view. Clean condo. Perfect location away from all the traffic....but only 5 minutes away on the highway from all restaurants and stores. Definitely would stay here again. The only thing that could be improved on is the hot tub wasn't working most days. Not Chris' fault. Wonderful stay.

When we first arrived there were a ton of dead gnats in the property and it smelled like insecticide. We swept them up but continued to have a gnat issue the whole time on property. Other than the gnats all was well. Lovely unit.
