Updated property except for the couch and living room chairs. If they were replaced I would give this 5 stars and I would stay here again
We loved everything about our stay at this lovely condo. The location in Kehei was perfect for us. We loved the beautiful sand beach right below us… enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the ocean, and hearing the waves at night. It was just a short drive to many restaurants and shops in the main area of Kehei.
The condo is well supplied with many beach chairs, extra towels and beach towels, enough toilet paper to last the week, and many kitchen amenities (even though we only ate out).
Beds were comfortable, the elevator is just around the corner for ease of coming and going. Note to help others… the location is on the 6th floor (PH) in the building on the right side facing the ocean. There are two buildings in the complex with the pool area in the middle. The elevator is in the corner near to the pool. Hopefully this detail helps others arriving after dark like we did

Superb experience in Kihei. Convenience access to food/activities and pool was excellent. The only know I’d offer is the beach at Sugar Beach is less clear than others and subject to winds from Maalaea.
After being relocated several times around Kaanapali condos, I finally moved to this home on the recommendation of Maui residents.
PH means 6th floor. We found it was when we got in the building.
The home was enough 2 bed rooms, dining space, living space and lanai for 4 persons.
It has nice view to see 2 southern iselands, beach line from left of Kihei side to right.
you can access pool and beach from building directly to feel the pleasant wind.
Property location is nice and central so, easy to get to all points of interest on the island. The condo was spacious with excellent views. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5. Bed was not very comfortable. Bedroom was a little warm at night and ceiling fan high setting felt like low. We did not use the grills or pool so I can't comment on those. Overall, the property is nice and I would recommend it to anyone!

I sent a message using VRBO and there was no response. Communication was always one way. You did communicate. the last time I rented at SBR, I received responses to my inquires through VRBO.

The lanai, the view, the serenity. Spacious condo with plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Pool and BBQ area also very nice with the ocean view. Location is a short drive from airport, close to shopping and restaurants in Kihei.
Nice quiet place to stay that has views for days.
This codo had everything we needed to have beautiful family vacation. Absolutely recommend this place.
