Absolutely gorgeous condo! This was our first time staying at Sugar Beach and it did not disappoint! Sue is an amazing host, attention to detail with everything in the condo. Anything and everything needed to have the best experience was provided! We highly recommend staying at Sue’s beautiful home away from home. Communication was timely and so friendly.We will be back!
We have stayed in this condo many times and it never disappoints. Many new updates this year. Always well equipped. Great location. Close to road to Kaualui for Costco Walmart and Target. Close to all the best beaches on the island. Parking never a problem. Lovely pool area with a lot of lounge chairs. Grills by pool are always available. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Really great property with a long walkableBeach (longest on Maui). Condo has fresh appliances and decor with all the amenities. Property is perfect for a couple or small family.Property has a pool, sauna, grills and incredible bay sunset views. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Maui, the Kihei location is perfect. It felt central to everything. We enjoyed a 2.5 mile walk on the beach every morning. SB201 location is on the beach, its great. Place was very nice, we did not cook just had coffee and some of the maui banana bread in the morning , we enjoyed it very much.
Everything was absolutely amazing from the room to the view, the pool and the onsite sandwich shop/bar! We haven't been that relaxed in years and look forward to visiting again...MAHALO!

Waking up each morning to have coffee on the lanai and look at both the water and the sunrise over the mountain was a dream. Then having direct access to walk the beach made for a great start to the day. In-unit laundry was so convenient. Super convenient location to get around the island: easy from airport, quick to the marina, and close to explore everything else. Bonus was having Dina's located on the property for great sandwiches and drinks. Sue was so accommodating and responsive, made for a seamless stay! Would stay again!
We stayed for 4 nights at the Sugar Beach Resort. The location is great as it's quiet and a little bit away from the hustle of Kihei but still a short walk to an ABC.
The unit is immaculately clean and freshly renovated. The unit is stocked with everything you can imagine for cooking and enjoying the beach. Great sun on the Lanai until early afternoon.
A short drive to whale watching tours in Maalaea and 20 minutes from McKeana State Park.
There is a small bar and grill right on the property. Ample parking and lounging space at the pool.

Great location and beautiful condo. We enjoyed the pool and beach access everyday. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Highly recommend and hope to return soon. Thank you!
Roomy and comfortable, this condo provides convenient access to all Maui offers. And you can watch whales from the lanai in January!
