We absolutely loved this property. The oceanfront view was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful with lots of amenities and a stocked kitchen. Lots of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) as well as beach items that saved us from having to rent them ourselves (umbrellas, beach chairs, sunscreen, even a collapsible mini cooler). Beds were comfortable and unit is updated. The resort had a beautiful location (walk down the beach to Ululani’s shaved ice!) and an amazing pool with a view. Communication was all via email with Vacasa but perfect as far as timing and offering late checkout (which we utilized). Honestly, I can’t think of anything we’d change. We left Maui incredibly happy with our stay.
This condo was the perfect place to stay in Kihei! The condo was more than well stocked with every extra you’d need! Check all the cupboards before you go buy anything! Perfect location to jump on the highway or cruise down S. Kihei road. Over all a perfect stay!
We had another great stay at Sugar Beach Resort. Always something we look forward to. Only reason we gave a 4 of 5 for cleanliness was the rugs were dirty.
My stay was perfect. From the check in process (I was able to check in early!), the amazing communication via text with the guest services team, the ladies at the front desk, the pool, sauna, beach, the VIEWS from the lanai. Absolute bliss. The kitchen was lovely, stocked anything you could need. The bedroom and bed was amazing and everything was so clean. I had no issues with loud neighbors. Every night I feel asleep listening to the waves. Thank you for making my trip one of the best ever. Loved this little beach oasis.
The apartment was right on the beach and you could listen to the waves. It was fantastic!
Beautiful, spacious clean, updated. Smart tv, dishwasher, laundry, what more can you ask for? Definitely coming back
The view was amazing. We loved listening to the crashing. Close to the airport and some really nice beaches. The resort beach is very swimmable. The unit smells awful like mothballs or something. You acclimate to the smell after a while. We could hear our upstairs neighbor opening and closing their slider to the patio had a constant. It was so annoying and not relaxing at all. Is an older unit that was remodeled Nicely. Overall, it was OK. I don’t think that we would stay here again. We came in May and there were a lot of seniors vacationing here. They be in the Jacuzzi every night really great conversation to be had. Kitchen was well stocked with items. You may need a few wanted to cook.

The view of the ocean was great. Walking in the beach was very nice. Was not in the middle of town but was easy to get any thing you want.
