Great room. Nicely decorated and furnished.
The condo is beautiful. The view is amazing. The only downside is the furniture on the lanai has seen better days.

It was the 1st time to stay on 2nd floor was goo exc 180 degree view loni
First I would like to say I have emailed the management company several times and never heard back. Don’t waist your time unless you are desperate. The place is overpriced for what you get. Anything you sit on is broken from the chairs at the table 2 legs on 2 different chairs are broke. The chairs on the patio are rusted or broke. The couch is so hard and uncomfortable you find sitting on the floor with pillows from the bedroom your best bet. There is mirror along the whole wall which is cracked and covered up with red heart stickers we just kept shaking our heads. The front door looks like it had so many things on it then ripped off and covered with different color paint and patch work. The walls haven’t been painted since maybe the 80s with chips and dirt all over. I would have fathered shortened my trip a day or 2 and stayed at a hotel. For a condo Vrbo you need to bring everything not a salt or pepper packet or even ice made in the freezer. I took pictures I’m assuming there is no owner most like just a management company. Don’t waste your time. My honeymoon in Maui was definitely not the experience I was expecting thank heavens the island was beautiful and we found wonderful things to do to get out of the condo.

The views in the unit are awesome. The furnishings are in very poor repair. Outside table and chairs are horrible, cushions have no padding. Living room couch is not comfortable at all. Beach umbrella was broken. No beach towels. Beach chairs are very nice. A/C broke down the day before we left and was never really fixed. Doors to patio are very hard to open. We come for the view and it was great but not fun to sit out on that patio furniture!
Nice, clean condo. Bedding needs to be updated, needs new pillows and coverlet. Also lanai furniture need to be replaced. Location is great, love sugar beach. I would defintly stay there again.
Great location on the island, and the unit is in a great spot on the property. Has everything you might need and was very clean. Only caveat would be that the linens and furniture are clearly showing their age and it would improve a lot if they were replaced/updated.
Loved the location, cleanliness of the unit, ease of check in and out. The couch could use an upgrade.
