Loved the view and ocean front and the pool! Living room was very nice with rug.
Bathroom and bedroom are in dire need of total cleaning and updating…condo needs painting, flooring, new larger counter in kitchen, bathroom overhaul and updating. Just trying to be honest. My daughter stayed in 111 and it was totally updated, painted, clean, with hard wood floors and larger kitchen counter.
Our stay was great, no complaints about the property and the resort itself was so clean. The beach access was super nice and well the beach was great!! Close to really everything you could need or want to do.
This condo was perfect for our trip! We loved drinking our coffee on the lanai watching the whales. We would most definitely stay here again!
Great Condo, location and facility. Right on the beach and close to dining (15 minutes to restaurant centers). Pleasantly surprised by beach towels, coolers and beach chairs / umbrella. Would book again.

We stayed for 9 nights and had an amazing time in Maui! Location is right on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, from eating breakfast, watching the sunset and having our dinners out there. 2nd floor location was perfect and access to the unit was ideal. The unit was supplied with pretty much everything we needed. The only drawback that we had was there was only 1 beach chair included for our use, 1 more would have made our beach time much better.
We had a great stay condo had lots of supplies and appliances.
Extra washcloths would have been nice in the bath.
This is my second time to stay at SBR. I really enjoy it, you can BBQ, enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, grab a lite bite at the Sand Witch, bob in the ocean, or just hang out in your place enjoying the views.
Can’t beat the views of the ocean and nightly sunsets. Very good location, easy to check-in and check-out. The unit was fully stocked for all your needs, which is greatly appreciated. Only area for improvement would be the AC doesn’t reach the bedroom very well, which makes for a warmer than desired sleep. Although the unit is a bit out dated, it’s really nothing to worry about it.
We really liked this room. The location is perfect, with the pool just down one flight of stairs, and the view was fantastic. I spent every evening sitting out on the lanai watching the sunset. Mornings were good too. Being on the second floor, you can still hear the ocean waves crashing outside the room. It was soothing and made it really feel like you are on an island vacation! The furniture was perfect, very island like. The bed was comfortable, although slightly too warm in the bedroom. The sofa bed was acceptable, maybe best for two small people or one adult. The grounds were very well kept and everything was easy to access and navigate. The only issues I had were things that had to do with house keeping. I had to do a little extra cleaning when I first arrived. The glass table had tiny hand prints all over it and I did some sweeping in the dining room and the kitchen. Also the sofa bed was stripped down to the mattress pad, and I had to go hunting for bedding, which by then it was late and everyone was exhausted. So that was a bit irritating. Also, about 3 days in, we started to smell something musty. I found the source in the bedroom chest of drawers were someone had shoved wet towels in one of the drawers. You’d think house keeping would have caught that? But I washed the towels and left the drawers open for a few days to air out. All was fine then. With all that said, I’d definitely stay in this room again. The lanai facing the ocean made it all so worth it. We just got home, and I miss it already.
