Great location! End unit furthest away from the pool, but steps away from the beach. Quite spot! Clean unit, almost everything you need to make it feel like home! Pack your suite, grab some groceries and you are ready for a great stay!!
Steps to the beach! Incredible view from living room! Great value, easy, convenient.
This was absolutely great for two ole farts in our 70's! We loved the bottom floor and just steps to the beach. We loved sitting with coffee and binoculars each morning! Thank you so much!
The first floor condo was wonderfu- had everything we needed and more. The pool and other common areas were very nice, and the location of the resort was convenient.
The condo was well kept and clean. We had everything we needed and were even greeted with a nice complimentary goodie bag on the table. We so appreciated the A/C and fan to escape the humidity! Hopefully we’ll be back someday.
We had overall very good stay,enjoyed a lot. Some points as feedback :
Positive : Good location,good views, good resort, good facilities, beach right at your door.
Negatives : lot of bugs / mosquitoes ( understand it's tropical, but in thousands) both indoor and outdoor in patio. You can't use it to sit outside. Cleaning was not good - stained bed ( sofa bed), smelling towel, hair from previous occupants in bathroom. Beach chairs had leftover wrappers from previous owners.
We loved staying in this condo. A few steps to the beach and a patio facing the ocean. We spent most of our time on the patio when we were at the condo. All the appliances appeared new and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals or drinks. The location is convenient to many restaurants, stores and shops. Beautiful pool and hot tub on the property. We would recommend staying at Sugar Beach.

We really enjoy staying at the Sugar Beach Resort.
Highly recommend this condo with privatw beach access and pool and hot tub to everyone. The condo was fully equipped with all kitchen items needed and also had beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, snorkel gear and beach towels to use! We had a fantastic stay.
Nice property right on the beach. Well equipped with games, beach gear, and coolers
The location at the resort was perfect! 30 steps to the ocean. Very beautiful and quiet. Could have used a couple more outdoor toys like chairs and snorkel gear. Great to be able to rent though. I will stay at this location again.
