Great experience on Maui good location nice and quiet beautiful view
All good, except the screen doors need to be fixed.
Beautiful sunsets, beach just off patio, and easy parking by door. Furniture needs updating and could be a little cleaner but rarely inside anyway. Small price to pay for view and price. Full kitchen and bath adequate. Towels, cooler, and beach chair available for use. Washer and dryer in room. Patio seats 4. Great place for breakfast. You can rent snorkel equip and life vests at shop on site. Gift bag upon arrival.
The condo is fairly old but is clean and you can't beat the location. Just steps from the water
The unit has a great location and a wonderful view right on the beach. The kitchen is fine. The rest of the unit needs to be updated. I've never experienced furniture or a bed this uncomfortable. Would never stay in that unit again unless it was updated. Hawaii is very expensive and the accommodations should be special, this was not.
The location can’t be beat. Spectacular sunset in a quiet environment. Everything you need is here. Had the best time ever. If I had to find a negative I’d say the couch is uncomfortable but that it. Will be back for sure Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The furniture is outdated. It is a cozy little porch and the beach access is amazing! So convenient to nearby restaurants and shops.
Excellent beach access and home atmosphere
We had a fantastic weeklong stay. Nothing better than getting up, having coffee on the patio, then walking the 50 feet or so into the water for a swim.
This is a nice quiet end unit with easy beach access. It was nicely furnished with all the amenities. Would definitely book here again.
We loved sugar beach resort! It is located very closed to many shops and restaurants. It is a lovely place
This home had everything we needed and positioned beautifully on the beach. The view was amazing, and we were only steps away from the beach.
Things we really enjoyed: fantastic location only 15 mins from airport; ocean view from our patio door; literally steps from the beach (loved our walks on the beach in the early morning ); updated kitchen with large island, nice parking spot , air conditioning and very quiet area. Things to improve the stay: screen door would not fully close and because of the little flies we always had to keep patio door always closed; need for a dresser or luggage rack to place suitcase. Didn’t mind the bed or sofa, agreed that place was not “updated “ but didn’t matter to us . We enjoyed the goodies that were provided when we arrived.
Overall the unit was clean but need some maintenance/repair. Love the location and great water front ocean view.
Nice location, beautiful view, easy check in, tons of open parking right in front of the unit. There was a crazy amount of mosquitoes while we were there, so we really couldn’t use the patio area. We expect some bugs whenever we’re in Hawaii, and we know the owner doesn’t control the bug levels on the island, so we tried to not let it affect our stay. Overall a great time!
Our first impression was that this 1st floor ocean front condo was not clean. Basically it was ok on the surface but needed a good deep cleaning. Mostly, furniture was old & overused & needs an update to be more comfortable. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable & I got no sleep the first night. We purchased a 3” foam pad which was too soft but helped with comfort. The couch lacked support w/cushions sinking into the hideabed space when sitting on them. Bar stools and wicker chairs just not very comfy. No kitchen table/chairs. We had a few minor light & plumbing issues. We killed 8 cockroaches and found 2 others dead. On the plus side the kitchen and amenities were nice and in working order. We were reimbursed for the foam pad. Vacasa was very responsive on texts and the view was beautiful, with ocean so near. We learned a higher condo level is preferable for sunset pix. In fairness, we’ve stayed in some modern & renovated condos in the same resort. We had higher expectations for the cost. We enjoy the resort and gave feedback to Vacasa for the owners. Hopefully a few improvements will be made and it will be a nice place to stay.
The location is amazing. The kitchen is updated. Furniture needs updating. There isn't a chest of drawers or a place other than the floor for beach clothes.
The closet has plenty of hangers.
The place needs a deep cleaning
maintenance and fresh paint on baseboards and door molding.
The bedroom carpet needs replacing. There was water leakage and it was wet and smelled musty.
The property managers were very helpful with all items. I believe all will or has been taken care of.
We spent most of our evenings on the patio playing cards and enjoying the amazing sunsets. In the morning the sunrises are beautiful too. Just steps to the beach!
The place was great. Needs new couch cushions and a coffee table wouldn’t hurt. Otherwise we Loved It ! ! ! !
