Great location on sugar beach.
Can't beach a place to stay in Kihei that is right on the beach. The whole building is older but we love it here and have been staying in this condo for the past 12 years.
With kids, being right on the beach makes the trip so much more restful. Don't skip on the Sugar beach bake shop down the road, it is incredible.

We’ve stayed in this unit multiples times and are happy to recommend it. We were there for 15 nights and there were no complaints. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need including sharp knives and multiple storage containers. The AC works well and the provided fans keep the air circulating.
Great older unit with everything you need. Loved the beachfront lawn to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again

This was the second time we've stayed at #407 Nani Kai Hale. The owners had made significant improvements over our last visit, and we enjoyed the upgrades. We particularly enjoyed the friendliness of the other owners and guests staying at Nani Kai Hale. Everyone seemed to gather on the beachside patio each evening for cocktails and viewing the beautiful Maui sunset. An experience to treasure!
We arrived just after the flash flood. Two main roads to the property were closed. Agent was able to direct us to another route. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area. Condo was amazingly well supplied fir beach fun.
Great place! The location was a bit away from everything but exactly what we were looking for.
Would stay here again.
