The place was amazing, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Very ckean and close to ecerything, you do need a car but very nice place.

This was our second rental in Maui and it was a great condo. It is located on the 3rd floor, with a balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. The unit was clean, and as described, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels that we took advantage of. If I had to complain about anything, it would have to be that it is a little noisy when people talk, or wheel their luggage since the bedroom in in the back. Other than that, it was wonderful!
This place was perfect in every way. I hadn’t stayed in this northern part of Kihei before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but ended up really liking it. It’s one of the very last condos , which means it’s a bit quieter (big plus) than more central locations, but still super close to everything. All the amenities were as described and everything was spotless and pristine. The real bonus was how easy the owner made the check in/out process. Our family had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!
We had a very relaxing time, enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. It was a perfect condo for two people and had everything we needed.
We’ve stayed here before and love the location. Kitchen has everything you need. Beach items were available altho only 2 chairs and no umbrella. Lots of snorkel gear to choose from. No carpet so sweeping is a breeze. Sugar Beach is the only place to stay. Definitely stay here again next time.
Great central location, well stocked condo.
We spent 3 days at this lovely little condo right on Sugar Beach. It was very clean. Comfortable king sized bed. And we had beautiful ocean views. We were literally just steps to the beach. We spent time enjoying sitting on the balcony having breakfast while watching the ocean waves come in. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the soothing hot tub. The beach is really nice too with super soft sand. Such a great relaxing and quiet place to stay. We loved it!
It was wonderful! A great getaway for the family and it was better than advertised! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
If we ever return to Maui, we would want to stay in this unit again. The location of Sugar Beach is so nice, much more low-key than some of the high-rise districts. Having this unit right beachfront made it special. It is exceptionally well supplied. Highly recommend.
Was exactly what I expected, no surprises. Room was exactly as shown, clean with a great view and everything you would need in the kitchen or for the beach.
The condo was very comfortable, appeared somewhat updated, and stocked with about anything one would need for a beach vacation. The resort, itself, is lackluster, in that it just sits on a Main Street and has no special amenities except for a nice pool and barbecue area. We had just left spending nine days at a very luxurious resort, so the difference was pretty noticeable. But that is only in aesthetics because The beach here is fabulous! We have stayed in nearly every area of Maui and this was probably the best of all the beaches. There was no coral plus the waves were not nearly as rough as some of the other areas. Even the texture of the sand was better and easier to walk on. You could walk long distances each direction, and it was very uncrowded. Beautiful, sunset views!The only recommendation I would make to the condo‘s owner is the need for blackout drapes in the bedroom. The lights from the corridor were on all night and kept the bedroom pretty light. This is a good value if you are mainly looking to enjoy the beach and to be close to the upcountry.. If you are looking for fancy dining, spas, and other pampering services, you might prefer one of the higher end resorts.
Excellent area, convenient,
The whole process was like breeze. Totally friendly and the condo had every thing which we never even imagined. Let me tell, it includes a Binocular , Board games, yoga mats etc, etc, etc. I was requesting for a rice cooker (electric) which was purchased and kept before we reached that place. Each and every item were thoughtfully purchased and available there. Just we felt we are at home.The property manager Myra Acosta is clarified all the questions and doubts we had. We left our airpod there and it was identified and she said will be shipping it soon back to our home address. Beach view was excellent. Had wonderful time. I recommend this property for every one. Really enjoyed fully.
We had a wonderful time! So relaxing and saw a turtle on the beach right out in front of the complex. Close to a bakery and farmers market. We loved hanging out on our deck for morning coffee and sunsets. Gorgeous pool!We loved our morning and evening walks on sugar beach!We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay in December. Great views from the living room and lanai. Basically a quiet spot, two nights got a bit loud, but others were fine. Unit has most everything you need: beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, snorkels, cooler) and stocked kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs. Handy parking - there were some carts to haul things up in the elevator, but weren't there when we arrived. Great beach out front that you can walk on for hours. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Sugar Beach. Our condo was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools, we had chairs for the beach, and towels for the pool. It was also well appointed, a great place to have some relaxation time including watching movies and a few board games to boot. Recommend 100%!
Property has all you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation. 5 stars all around and April is a fantastic host.

This condo was as described/pictures. It was well stocked and had great amenities. Bed was very comfortable, shower and kitchen were amazing. The grounds and pool area were meticulously maintained. We enjoyed are stay very much. Highly recommend!
Kihei is a great place to stay. It is important to realize that in the summer months it is very windy everyday. I wasn't expecting that. However, that means it never gets too hot and the waves are great at local beaches, especially in the afternoons. We went boogie boarding almost every day.
The condo was great. Beautiful views and easy access to pool, beach, and places to eat. Everyone there was nice.
It was great that the condo came with beach towels, beach chairs, and a washer/dryer (key for a beach vaca). We rented a car and we were able to get parking everywhere we went.
We love Maui and Kihei.
We stayed in this beautiful condo the last week of June, 2024. The weather was perfect and so was this condo. Beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai and the living room. The property where the condo is located is well maintained and beautiful. We would highly recommend this condo and will return for a future visit.
This condo was perfect! It had EVERYTHING we needed. Every kitchen appliance and utensil you can imagine. Everything was in great condition and not cheap stuff you sometimes find in rentals. Plenty of towels and beach towels, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Laundry soap, dish soap and even hand soap. You will feel right at home. The host is amazing and responded very quickly to any questions. We had zero issues at this rental and highly recommend it. If you are debating between rentals and this one is a little bit more in price, I promise it is worth it!!! Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful spot, nice and clean, and we loved it!
Very clean. Everything we needed including chairs for the beach. Convenient location to many things. Pool and hot tub were nice. We couldn't use the beach because of so much wave action but it was nice to siton the loungers provided to read or watch the sunset.
Beautiful co do, it was so well equipped with any and everything we needed!!! We stayed for a week and did t want to leave!!! The bed was wonderful, location was great.

We had a great time in April's place on Sugar Beach. The unit was great and a perfect place to watch the sunset. Miles of beach to walk. We enjoyed cooking at home most nights. The facilities at the resort are clean and well maintained. Thanks April for your responsiveness!
