This was a perfect place for the two of us in Maui. The location at the bottom of the isthmus on Sugar Beach allowed convenient access to booth sides of the island. Restaurants, shopping, and golf were a short drive away, as was the airport. Being on the west side, sunsets were visible from the beach. The condo was clean and had the extra convenience of having an en suite washer/dryer. The site manager and owner were responsive if needed (there were no issues needing to be addressed). We would stay here again the next time we come to Maui.
Nice digs. Very comfortable bed, well stocked condo, a/c quiet and efficient, clean pool and hot tub, roomy shower, great view. Are is quiet. Nice place. The owners let us check in early. Highly recommend. Nice beach for wind surfers.
This condo was a great find for a family trip. Easy beach access, nice (clean) pool, and very accessible to the rest of the island for a ton of activities.
Sugar Beach is such a wonderful resort and unit 311 was wonderful.
We reserved this property based on the reviews of others. The condo is wonderful! Amenities that are important to us that this one has: beachfront access, comfy bed, clean, location. The owners are so incredibly blessed to own a slice of heaven.
The information received upon booking was also incredibly thorough.
We love this place!!! Have stayed many times and always have had the best experience. Larissa, the property manager is amazing. Bill and Cathy are always very accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here.
Each day while sitting on our balcony, I watched and listened to the waves as they rolled in. This condo was perfectly located with a great ocean view and a stunning sunrise view each morning. The condo was very clean and quiet. The kitchen had quality pots and pans and also had some of the basic pantry staples that you would need. I appreciated not having to purchase things like ketchup and cooking spray, The bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. The air conditioner worked quietly and kept the condo comfortable. The pool area and grounds were also clean and well maintained. The biggest negative was that the garage parking spaces were very tight, but there was plenty of uncrowded parking if we had chosen to park on the upper level of the garage. It was an easy drive to the airport, Costco, and Walmart. I did not have a need to contact the property manager, but her contact info was readily available. Overall this condo was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to any couple looking for a relaxing place to vacation. I would love to stay in this unit on my next trip to Maui.
We stayed in this condo at the Sugar Beach resort and had an absolute blast! Everything was so clean and everyone was so helpful. The pool and the hot tub were great for the kids and was right on the beach so we could walk down to the ocean whenever we wanted. It is the perfect location!

This was our second time staying in this unit and it did not disappoint! The unit was as we remembered it, if not better. The unit has everything that you would need and is centrally located within the property. This time we brought our toddler and the unit accommodate us well. Our host, Bill, is fantastic and such a thoughtful owner. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach Resort. Condo was well supplied with amenities. The king size bed was sooo comfortable, just like home! Watched and waited a few days for the pool to be cleaned. They were very meticulous with the cleaning.

The apartment is renovated and clean, the ocean view from lanai is wonderful. The complex has pool and hot tub. The beach is very nice for walking and watching sunset, but I would suggest swimming in other beaches on Maui that are more interesting and have nicer waters. There is a very nice bakery and farm market just 10 min walk from the complex on the beach. definitely try the spicy musubi :-) Bill is really excellent at responding and has been very nice to communicate with. Thank you for this wonderful time in Maui!

The listing was 100% accurate. If I return to Maui, this is where I'll stay again. Bill and Cathy emailed an amazing welcome packet with all the information you need from the property to suggestions/tips of things to do. The location is wonderful because it keeps you out of the more touristy Kihei. There was a minor issue with the shower drain (probably just sand build up over time) at the beginning of my stay. A quick text to Bill and the property manager, Marco, got the ball rolling, and it was fixed while I was out sightseeing!

This was our first time in Maui but the reviews on this property were really good so we decided to book it. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable which isn't always the case. We will definitely be back!

The condo is very well maintained and stocked with kitchen supplies as well as recreational items. Plus the "onsite manager/contact" was great by providing immediate service to one or two minor items we had. Plus, the two different views from this end unit condo, really added to our stay and were of a great value.
Would highly recommend staying in this Unit , as the owners were great to deal with.

This unit is well equipped and in an excellent location. Communication with both the owner and on site manager was smooth. Grounds and pool were well maintained.
