Luana Kai D203 is a sophisticated 2 bedroom, 2 bath resort condo that sleeps up to four guests in a prime oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,150 square feet of luxury living space. Take in the spectacular panoramic ocean and outer island vistas from the large lanai. You will see some of the most beautiful scarlet sunsets, turquoise ocean waters, powder blue skies, and cotton candy white clouds.
Gather at your indoor dining table or dine al fresco on the lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a large 55” 4K TCL Roku SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.
Relax in the romantic master bedroom and open format ensuite bathroom. The spa inspired shower is complete with a rain head shower and body sprayers. The retractable 55" 4K TCL Roku SmartTV is viewable from your California king bed.
The second bedroom can be made up as two twin beds or combined as a California king, making this condo perfect for either couples or families. There is an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom that is also accessible from the main living areas.
Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and other recreational items. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, large in-condo laundry with washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.
Luana Kai D203 is a pickleball players dream because of it's close proximity to the public pickleball courts in front of the resort. Bring your paddles and join in on the fun!
Other resort amenities include free self-parking, a swimming pool, bubbly hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and lush tropical landscaping.
In addition to the 1.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby along the arid south Maui coastline. Within a few minutes drive are the lovely postcard-perfect beaches of Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach. All beaches on Maui are open to the public and offer public access with free parking. Many offer restrooms, showers and picnic facilities.
Adventurous visitors can launch a paddle board or kayak from many of the coves and beaches found in Kihei (weather and surf conditions permitting). Venture out amongst schools of brightly colored reef fish or spot a sea turtle, dolphin or humpback whale in the winter season.
There are many great restaurants near Luana Kai Resort. Our favorites include Coconut's Fish Cafe, Monsoon India, Nalu's South Shore Grill, Wow Wow Lemonade (go there for the acai bowls), Miso Phat Sushi, Home Maid Cafe (the best malasadas) and Maui Pie Company. If you prefer to cook, there are a few grocery stores close by.

Good central location. The amenities were nice and as described. The condo was well appointed. In the Master bedroom the bathroom is literally in the room. There are no doors separating the toilet, shower, or vanity. That was a little odd but we managed. Check in and out was easy. We use VRBO frequently because it is reliable and we can count on good vetting of owners. We didn't particularly appreciate that the owner of this condo had information about 6 properties they rented out and providing information for future rentals by-passing VRBO charges. Some might appreciate the savings opportunity. We found it disingenuous.
The place was clean, quiet, well provisioned, and a good location. The pictures did it justice. We’d stay again if in Maui.

Excellent location! Close to everything, nice grounds, pool, etc. Loved playing pickle ball with the locals. Condo was in great condition and very comfortable for my family of four. Loved sitting out in the lanai on warm nights. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental.
We stayed in Kihei for a week. The condo was amazing, very clean and lots of room for 4 adults. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Very close to the beach and the pool. Lots to see and do close by. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will recommend this place to anyone coming to Maui

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and decorated unit, was exactly as expected from listing photos and description. The kids loved the big open grass space between the condo building and the beach/courts to run and play. Pool was nice and clean. The pickleball courts were packed with players starting at 8am each day and they played non-stop until the wind picked up too much, so we heard them play all throughout the day, but it didn’t bother us or our family’s enjoyment of the property at all, in fact people watching was fun, but just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a silent view. Not loud, but not silent either. Owner was very responsive and helpful, polite and wonderful to work with. Easily a 10/10 experience for us. Would pick this unit again for our next visit!!

We loved our stay in this Kihei condo. The owner was so great with communication, the condo had everything we needed and was beautiful, and it was centralized to everywhere we needed to travel to. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Maui.

This condo was perfect for our 12 day stay in Maui for our honeymoon. It had a great location in Kihei and was easy to get around the island. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, and had lots of amenities. We will definitely be back!
