We reserved a beach front condo and it was just fabulous!!!! Views day and night.
Everything was perfect! The view, the location, the beach, everything! Karen communicated with me beforehand and we knew exactly what we needed to know before we arrived. The condo was so well stocked with everything you could imagine. It was perfect in every way.
Beautiful place with beautiful views
The condo was perfect for a couple staying in Maui. We spent most of the time on the Lenai, hot tub, pool, and grounds, venturing out once a day to eat out, and/or hit a tourist gem. ( whale watching, Road to Hana, snorkeling, etc) The weather was comfortable every day. The winds picked up most days in the afternoons, but they were not a problem. The condo was also stocked with everything you need for a day on the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, snorkeling gear. Karen's communication was above and beyond, answering all the questions I had, and giving good advice about things to do, and places to eat. The bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but we really didn't end up watching much TV anyway. Down to the smallest detail, everything is the condo was well thought out for a couple visiting Sugar Beach. There were a few things in walking distance from the condo, but I would recommend planning on a rental car, in order to get to more places. There is a tiny bar/ restaurant on the property, and also a Hawaiian-shaved ice place, and an ABC store (convenience store/touristy stuff) within walking distance. To get anywhere else, you will need transportation. We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks Karen!

This condo was everything I had hoped for. It matched the description perfectly. The view from the balcony and distance from there to the ocean is incredible. The gorgeous beach made for excellent strolls each day.Great communication with Karen pre stay and during. Waking up in the morning with a freshly made cup of hot steaming coffee, warm breakfast, sun beaming in the distance, the beach’s waves saluting you as you enjoy the morning through the balcony of this wonderful rental. Perfect weather, air conditioned property, provided us with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, ice chest, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, coffee maker, and a cozy bed. Oops, almost forgot but this property has a washer and dryer perfect for those evenings after a long and sandy day at the beach.
Our condo was perfect. It was clean and well organized. Our view was remarkable. We saw many whales from our lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed this unit so much we booked already for 2026! Karen was excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

This was our first time to Hawaii and we picked a great place to stay - right on the water, stocked with everything you could need and very convenient to local restaurants, with plenty of options for using Uber for transportation. We loved the lanai and had a great time at Dina's Sandwitch shop on the property. There was plenty of excellent beaches to walk and watch all the boats on the water. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was central to everything in Kihei. Very clean place with wonderful balcony views. Quiet relaxing complex. The property manager was extremely helpful with check in and suggestions! 5 stars
We ended up taking a last minute trip to Maui and booked this condo with only one day’s notice. The owner quickly made it happen and everything was perfect. The condo is beautiful and the view incredible!

My husband and I just loved this condo and the property amenities, like the pool and hot tub. We were also impressed with how well the condo and overall property are maintained. The view from the lanai was fantastic, perfect for morning coffee and a sunset drink. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Communication with Karen was a delight - she was responsive, helpful, and answered a lot of our questions before we could even ask. We'll definitely keep this lovely condo in mind for future visits to Maui!
The view was so much better than the listing even shows. The unit was clean, well stocked, and parking was very plentiful. It’s a central & convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive. We loved every moment of our stay. Great communication from the host as well!
This condo it lovely. You can't beat the location right on the beach. We loved waking up and having coffee on the lanai. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Karen has a cooler, beach towels etc.

Best place to stay in my opinion. You’re right in the middle of Makena and Kaanapali. They provide all cooking necessities, snorkel gear etc. literally the best place you could stay at!
Not enough flattering words exist to adequately describe the apartment and service Karen provided my wife and I during our two week stay in Maui. This was, hands down, one of the top vacations of our lives, and owe so much of it to Karen's incredibly well-appointed home-away-from-home. The bed is so comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. And, of course, the sunset view from the lanai is stunning. The location is also so convenient.
As a host, you can tell immediately that Karen cares about your vacation. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She gives you everything you need to feel like you are settled and secure.
If you are staying in Maui, THIS is where you want to stay. Seriously.
We chose this property, because it had all the elements I was looking for: a beachfront condo with parking and a good central location. This property was perfect and I’m so happy we chose it.
Firstly, you walk into the apartment and the sliding glass door opens up to a gorgeous beachside view of the ocean. This unit is on the second floor and I was wonderfully surprised to see how close we were to the beach- I’d say 100 feet or so away. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning, listening to the waves crash, and watched beautiful sunsets every evening. The condo was very clean and well appointed with all the conveniences you would hope for. Also, the condo comes with some beach supplies like beach chairs and boogie boards, which was a pleasant bonus. The check-in process was very easy as Karen provided us with excellent, clear instructions before our arrival. It is also evident that she puts a lot of care and thought into making the people who stay at her property feel at home (if your home was on a beautiful sandy beach in Maui!).
The location of this property couldn’t have been better. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore: 30 minutes to West Maui, 17 minutes to Paia for the start of the Road to Hana, and just over 1 hr to the summit of Haleakela.
I would absolutely stay here again. The only downside to the whole experience here, and there is only one, is that we had to leave. It was a wonderful home base for an amazing Maui vacation.
Lovely well equipped condo with many upgrades. Beach view was amazing. Made for two people . Short walk to a great bakery for coffee and a muffin. Great sandy beach for morning walks. Sandwich shop on resort was handy for a quick meal. Free parking. Keyless entry. Beautiful sunset view. Warm on the deck in the late afternoon .
