New (2018) 2 bedroom house with spectacular ocean view and huge 500 square feet (45 m2) lanai (terrace) to enjoy it from. Pleasant 5 minute walk to clothing-optional Kehena Beach. Large windows let you see and hear the ocean from every room.
My house is in the upscale Kehena Beach Estates neighborhood on a very quiet street with little traffic. This is rural Hawaii at it’s best - there are no high rise hotels, ugly condos or tacky tourist traps here. Ceiling fans in every room and trade winds off the Pacific Ocean mean air conditioning isn’t needed. Large gardens with fresh organic tropical fruit like papayas, guavas and pineapples year round.
King sized bed and large closet in main bedroom, queen bed and small closet in second bedroom. Dining table, hammock, sofa and two large chairs on the covered lanai to enjoy the view and tropical breezes. This is my home, so its only available when im traveling (which i do a lot - minimum 3-4 months every year). I have lots of very positive reviews on that other booking site. Please note my 31 night minimum stay - Hawaii island’s legislature passed a new law in 2019 banning all NEW short term vacation rentals on this island (thats what the hotel industry who owns the politicians told them to do and its having the desired effect, hotel prices have risen a lot here since then). With a 31 night minimum stay im not a short term vacation rental.
