This condo was great! Ocean views from both bedrooms plus beautiful views from the great room. Nicely appointed inside. Already planning next year’s vacation here!
This might be my favorite VRBO condo and we have stayed in many. It’s well decorated, well supplied with kitchen utensils and beach needs, and has a gorgeous view from windows in every room except the bathrooms! We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The location is very convenient to the grocery store, as well as many beaches.
Love our stay here always!
This is a very good condo with great view of the ocean and numerous sightings of whales. Wish neighbor did not play music during the day. We have rented at least 10 condos and houses in Princeville over the years and this one is in the top 2. Need to fix spring on dishwasher door. Very quick response when we needed help with dishwasher. Everything else was very good including well equipped kitchen since we make most of our meals. Would love to come back some day. W. and K. Glorious views and tremendous waves while we were there! Watched whales almost every day and several rainbows too ! It was a bit more stair climbing than we thought, should state in listing that you have two flights of stairs to get in and out ? Unit was comfortable with a lot of supplies to be used . Very nice stay !
The good...The view is unbeatable. The condo is very nicely appointed. The cross breeze is constant, thankfully. The bad...THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. It says that in the description, way down at the bottom in the comments about the pool. I missed it. It was extremely hot, which was torture for my wife who has health issues. If you don't have a high tolerance for heat I would look elsewhere. The management company acknowledged that it was easy to miss the part about no a/c, but refused to do anything about it, forcing me to rent a small portable a/c unit and create a very imperfect solution. We left a day early due to the conditions. What a disappointment.

Very clean with everything you’d need for beaching, snorkeling, etc. Magnificent views and even a trail below to the water (not for the faint of heart but worth it). Close to Princeville Foodland and Hanalei Village. We went all over the island, and the north shore was by far our favorite area. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice and well-appointed condo in Ali'i Kai with a great view of the ocean. If one is looking for a place in Princeville, this is an excellent spot.
We are a group of 4 female cousins. The property was everything promised. Anything we needed was at our fingertips. Very relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the ocean! We are already making plans to come back!

Everything about the condo appeared new and well maintained. Great view and wonderful to hear the waves below.
Suggestion regarding directions: Add that the condo is accessed at the far end walkway of building #4. There are 3 or 4 walkways into the building.
This property is beautiful. We were there only a few days but enjoyed every minute of it. The views are breathtaking! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The communication was fabulous with the management group. They even provided a list of places to eat. We will definitely go back!

The only drawback was that so many classic snorkeling spots on the north shore are difficult to get to now.
Speechless! This place is beautiful breathtaking and the definition of perfect. The booking and communications prior to the trip was excellent. Check was beyond easy. The condo was spotless, modern, beyond comfortable. Most of all the view was PERFECT. By far the best vacation stay We have ever had. Thank you so very much for having us!
This condo has been renovated since my previous stays and it done very nicely. The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally redone and are very lovely. The view is the most fantastic feature. You have a view from very window.
We were unable to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work and contacted the owners on 2 occasions. They responded to our queries very quickly. Someone came to check them out and they were not hooked up to cable, so we were unable to use them. We found that it wasn’t a factor that hampered our enjoyment in our stay.
My one recommendation to the owners would be to include a small ice chest to take to the beach with a secure lid and handle. There’s a large ice chest, but when only packing a few items to the beach, etc., a small one would be nice. The condo on the whole is very well appointed with all you need.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The view of the ocean from the lanai is spectacular. We spent a lot of time watching the waves crash and the turtles swimming. We will definitely stay here again!
View wonderful but due to weather we could not fully enjoy it the 3 weeks we were there. Wind was so strong the sport was watching deck furniture slide past windows even after we laid them down to avoid this. Wind and water came through the door and would even blow attic cover off when we opened door to enter. Being three stories up on a cliff overlooking the ocean in the winter means when the wind blows look out! I would suggest a mat to leave shoes inside the door. It would have been helpful as rain, wind and sand were always an issue. Bring slippers if you are not a barefoot person.
It had the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental so cooking is easy. Nice full size washer and dryer and well supplied for trips to the beach. Left messages on a couple of small concerns and response was immediate but impersonal.
If the weather had been better I would have been more positive which is to say be mindful of the time you book your stay.
Magnificent setting. Beautifully decorated condo with every creature comfort. Yes, it’s breezy but that’s part of the fun! You feel like you’re in a lighthouse with the sweeping view, the waves rolling (sometimes roaring), and the fresh air. Whales were spotted in the distance. Great proximity to all the north shore activities. I loved the challenging descent to the rocks below, but it helps to be sure-footed. Everything was perfect and the owners are obviously attentive to every detail.
