the house was perfect for our family of 20 - 10 adults and 10 children ... pool was great ... adam was so responsive to any questions/issue we had - the freezer quit working on a sunday evening and they found a new one and set it up that night ... would recommend and stay again
We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 22. Adam was very helpful in making sure we had enough beds and supplies. The home was large enough for all of us to sleep, eat, relax and have fun!!
I would recommend this rental to anyone who want a large house setting in a quite location. It is the best stocked rental we have stayed and the kitchen was spectacular.
We plan on holding another Family reunion in two years and will consider this location again.
The property manager "Adam" was great and help us when we ran across problems. Great stay.

This home is so spacious with plenty of room to stretch out! Bedroom space and beds for a large group. The upstairs loft is the perfect room for cousins!
The host, Adam, was quick with responses to all our questions and very accomodating.
If you have a big family, this is the perfect place!
Ideally located to points of interest and away from the busy city.
We were here for our son’s destination wedding. They had a venue nearby for a few nights and for rehearsal dinner and the reception and room for some of the group but we needed some extra room for family so we rented this house to be close. It was the perfect spot and we loved the big open area for the kitchen, dining and living room and the outside area and pool was a great place to relax. Walking distance to a beach and store options within a mile. Would definitely stay at this house again or recommend it to someone.
We had an Amazing time. It was nice to have Space for everyone. All our kids that got to go had a blast! There was room for everyone to move around & not bump into someone. It was Awesome Family time that we All needed!
The house is really beautiful. We are a family of 16, ranging in age from 9 to 76. The house has plenty of bedroom and bathrooms to accommodate our large family. The kids loved the pool and the nearby beaches. Lots of parking. Adam, the manager, was responsive and friendly.

The property was very spacious, clean and good access to all north shore. Had a problem with the pool initially but Adam got the pool folks out and it was good the last half of our stay. I appreciated his quick response even though he was on his vacation also.
