We had a very nice stay, and we will definitely come back to the Maui Sunset again, but we have a couple suggestions for 112A: 1) Air conditioner in the bedroom has a wall timer which does not allow more than 4 hrs of use. While I understand the reasoning behind a timer...4 hrs max use results in only 4 hrs of sleep before getting up in the middle of the night (_every_ night!) to turn the unit back on. A 6 or 8-hour option on the wall timer would make more sense. 2) The unit was very musty when we arrived, it was very clean, but it smelt like cheap / substandard cleaning supplies were used.

My husband and I came back to Maui Sunset after several other condos on Kihei and 8 months later brought our whole family back! Our grandchildren (3 & 6) loved running out in the grass, pool time and sunset time on the beach. There was a sewer incident in the next unit and they took care of it immediately. Kumulani Vacation is a top notch company!

Hubby and I enjoyed staying at Maui Sunset- ground floor 112A is so homey!We had all the amenities needed, AC was awesome! Only steps to the pool, grounds immaculate!
Easy access to public park - tennis courts, pickleball, and pool. Place is well maintained - BBQ's close and cleaned every day by staff. Safe environment for children. Problem with this unit is that there is sun from morning to evening so prevented from eating on the patio.
