Located on the 35th floor, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers stunning views of the Ala Wai Canal and Manoa mountains. The building has a shared pool and an on-site laundry room both on the 5th floor. The lobby consist of small eateries such as Maleko Coffee & Pastries, Bento Boxes, a pizzeria that serves excellent pizza, and Cream Pot(Hawaiian Monarch Hotel`s country-style breakfast & lunch eatery with coffee, eggs Benedict & crêpes.).

There is also an on-site gym which is a $5 registration that can be done at the security office on the lower lobby level(LL).

Also located on the LL there is a waiting area which is perfect for doing work as there are multiple outlets around.

Parking is paid per 24-hours and costs $45/day(ONLY CASH) in the garage. However we are now renting our very own car through Turo for our guests! I have a few cars available for rent, so please ask. I also have a moped for rent if you are more adventurous in exploring the island!

Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in the building which will affect your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is out of my control. I hope you can understand in these very rare instances.
