Very nice place , will stay here again!
The property was generally presentable, though it could use some maintenance and minor repairs. The front door makes a loud noise when opening, and the sliding back door gets stuck and cannot be opened from the outside. The screen door is also difficult to slide. We appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available in the closet—thank you for that—but the umbrella is broken and could be hazardous since one of its ribs is damaged.
Stayed at this property for the second time. Check-in was smooth. Location is great, close to the beach, surfing, food trucks, restaurant and foodland. Kitchen has everything needed, community has shared gas grills. Overall perfect for staying with kids.
Everything is well taken care of and managed. Would recommend to anyone. No matter if you have a child or family this condo is accommodating.
Well, as always we had a very enjoyable stay--however we noticed that the outside appearance is starting to look run down--I was privy to the mgr and a contractor saying some of the balcony's had dry rot and the metal bolts are rusting thru-I know we have been staying there for 40 years so it is no surprise. I also would add is the pots and pans were not very clean(probably from the previous tenant) and also the cleaning service should be filling the water container for the dryer it was bone dry and from the looks of the lint build-up had been for quite some time ---most renters if they don't have a stackable washer and dryer do not know to fill this when drying clothes the cleaning service should be fill this cause it will cause dry rot even with the doors and windows open. Other than that we will stay there as long as it's still standing and there are places to rent..

Excellent location within literally a two minutes walk of endless local eats and shops. Great view of the cove from the lanai even though it’s on the first floor, it’s right in the middle so it’s straight ahead view. Plenty of comfortable room to rest and relax between rounds of golf. The filtered water from the fridge is a nice feature for filling up your water bottle. Need to make sure the fridge is closed all the way. Occasionally the doors will pop open when shutting the opposite fridge door. I would definitely stay here again if available.
Unit was clean, very close to surfing, restaurants and Foodland. Ample parking, a lot of beach stuff like chairs, umbrella, flippers. There was also a pickleball set. No a/c in the bedroom so kept the door open but overall not too hot. Would stay again
The unit was perfect for what we wanted. Centrally located to all we were looking for; we had a most lovely stay. Thank you so so much.
Condo was clean had everything we needed. We especially loved the back patio and yard for our baby to play in. I do wish there was snorkel gear at the property for us but other than that it had everything that we needed we will return someday!
This condo. Is right in the middle of everything you want to do in Maui.
If you want something quieter, but no beach view, Lukas has another unit right up the street at Maui Vista, also walking distance to everything.
Quaint older condo in Kihei. Close to everything.

Unit needs to be updated to be competitive. Appliances great but counters, bathroom and floors need work.
This Shores of Maui condo was the perfect place to stay! The check-in was extremely easy and all done through text. In addition to be a very clean, so many amenities were provided, including an umbrella, beach towels, chairs, etc. The best part is the location as it is in sun shiny Kihei. Each day we started with a long walk along the beach to watch turtles, came back and sat by the pool/hot tub until 11am & then walked across to the beautiful beach! Additionally, it is centrally located, so we were able to visit four other beautiful beaches. We are also within walking distance of kayak/surfboard rentals, and whale watching/Molokini boat tours. While not fancy, we love the beachy feel of the place!
We loved this condo, everything was absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
