This was our second stay at this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Like last time, we were welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit!We were also delighted with all the recent updates including new countertops, floor, sleeper-sofa and TV.Great location, near King's/Queen's and A-bay. Very nice host! Lin is just amazing! What more could you ask for?
First of all, we loved the area! It was so peaceful. Easy walk to grocery and shops and also just about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants in the area The condo itself could not have been nicer It was clean and better stocked than any condo. We have stayed in in the last 25 years. The fresh fruit left for us was above and beyond.We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Hawaii
My daughter and I absolutely loved our time here, especially after spending 2 days at the Hilton. Our stay here was so peaceful and exactly what we wanted. The Lanai was perfect for watching the sunrise each morning and listening to the birds. The breeze at night kept everything cool and we never needed to turn the air conditioning on, we loved that. Everything for a perfect Beach day was available too... Chairs, towels, a cooler and even a boogie board. Hapuna Beach is just a short drive up the road and is not to be missed. The complex pool was never crowded and the water was the perfect temperature. The condo has been upgraded since the were photos taken,there are new counter tops, flooring, bathroom remodeled and a very nice sleeper sofa. Lin was a wonderful host as well, even leaving a plate of fruit from her farm for us to enjoy. It really felt like we were home instead of on vacation. We hope to come back again someday!
The host was outstanding. Lin had fruit from her farm when we arrived and had us out to the farm to enjoy all its pleasures. We have stayed in this develpment often due to its location. The lanai was a great place to eat outside and relax on the lounge chairs. The new sofa was very comfortable, but with that said, the loveseat is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The dresser drawers kept falling out and should be addressed. People below us complained a couple of times, but not sure how we could have been more quiet. It's just the nature of units in this development. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a wonderful host!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this very nice condominium situated in a resort area with nearby beaches, pool, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ/grill. The property had all the amenities including brand new TV, brand new stove for cooking food. The owner also provided fresh fruits from her farm. They also had beach amenities including snorkeling and body board equipment, beach umbrellas, etc. We felt like we were home. I highly recommend staying here. The place is extremely quiet and there are wonderful shops and restaurants very close by.
We were excited when we arrived and needed to unwind after 2 weeks of activities in New Zealand. We had a funtime while visiting our O'hana family who live nearby. The villa was perfect for me and my husband. Ideally located for all the activities we love doing.
Condo was absolutely spotless and smelled clean. Everything you need in a home away from home is provided. There is even an amazing bowl of fresh local fruit waiting in the kitchen for you. King bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and so is the shower. It is a quiet community but everyone that I ran in to seemed to be having a good time. The property is located deep in Waikoloa Village just before the Hilton Waikoloa property. It is a gated community so I felt very safe

Our work trip is completed and we have nice sleep and nice stay at this place, We stay in this area quite often because of the most conveniently to restaurant, work, and sight seeing. will come back again.
A large one bedroom condo that is perfect for a short stay. Spotless and squeaky clean! When we couldn’t get the bedding TV to work, the owner immediately came over to help us. When we left we accidentally forgot to pack a few items and Lin called us to alert us. The bathroom has been remodeled and a new sofa is in the living room. They plan on renovating the kitchen next, though it is adequate now. We are not big fans of Waikaloa Beach crevasse there are so many visitors there, but this condo provided for our needs.
Very cozy and warm relaxing place. Well stocked. Close to the beach and stores. Would stay here again. Liked the simple layout and cleanliness.
Easy! Easy check in, well stocked kitchen, access to beautiful walks and beaches. Perfect setting for our first three days on the island!
We had a lovely stay! The owner - Lin was top notch greeted us upon arrival, brought us a wonderful spread of fruit to enjoy, and was always available if we had any questions. The area is a great spot for morning walks down to the water, and location to stores and restaurants was very good. The pool was never to crowded, and at the end of the day the hot tub was great to enjoy!
Lin’s place was just as described! She was easy to communicate with and left us a huge tray of fruits from her farm!!! It had everything someone traveling from out of state would need! We had a great time in Kona!
This is our second stay at this condo. On our first stay we were not only impressed with the condo, but even more the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner.
Like the first visit, Lin placed a plate of fresh fruit from her own farm in the kitchen to greet us. We even visited her farm and met Lin and her husband.
When we decided to go to Hawaii this time we immediately reserved this condo without even considering any others because we knew we would be happy with it and the host as well.
One has to be nit picking to find fault with this condo.
If we return to Hawaii again we will looking at this condo again. Thanks Lin!
Lin was at the property when we arrived, and graciously showed us all the amenities. The unit was clean and comfortable, as well as, centrally located for the excursions that we planned. We would love to stay again! Mahalo!
We are leaving today after a four week stay, and we enjoyed the property very much. This is our second time in this condo, and we don't generally repeat. Lin is great to work with, the location is perfect, the development is the best in the Waikoloa area in our opinion, and the condo itself is very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to return ourselves someday soon. Thanks Lin!
Waikoloa resort is lovely. We enjoyed our stay on the Big Island.

The unit was a dated and could use a good cleaning. The living room furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. It was close to the beach and for the price it was acceptable.
