Our stay was amazing! The condo and property are immaculate and beautiful. Loved sitting on the lanai. The pool is beautiful and quiet. We loved our morning walks along the coast and access to the Hyatt (sometimes got coffee there). So much sea life and beauty all around. The beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner but plenty of fans and it did not bother us at all. Would highly recommend!
Very clean.We were initally concerned about no a/c,but no issues as the ceiling fans and open windows made it VERY COMFORTABLE!Full accomodations and the pool was FANTASTIC!We will definitely be back !
What a great condo. The location was perfect, short walking distance to several, highly coveted beaches in Poipu. The town of Koloa was a 5-minute drive with lots of shops and restaurants to check out. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family of three. A lot of home amenities. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, lanai with a sitting area, pools, and tennis court. The condo was kind enough to provide us with beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella to use. The fact that our condo is a semi-private was a plus. There was no one above us and it was very quiet. We can't wait to come back.
Condo is a great location on the South Coast with nice kitchen, large living room & balcony. No AC, but with the ceiling fans, we really did not need AC. Was easy to check in & easy to check out. Condo had all the beach gear we needed.
Property manager was excellent! Loved the location. It was quiet, well appointed, within walking distance of beach, resort, everything! I would love to come back again next year. Thank you.
The Unit is dark and dated with very old carpeting and terrible lighting and plumbing fixtures. I'm not sure how the photos looked so good. It just felt dark and depressing with the walls covered with family photos. Black brown window coverings, dim lighting, etc.
It was seemingly built as an afterthought and sits atop the mail boxes and washrooms provided for the swimming pool and is positioned a bit awkwardly such that you look at a lot of neighbour balconies. Garbage and recycling are right behind so you are woken every morning at 7 with bashing and clanging.
Outdoor furniture was old and hard and covered with dust. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great.
The host was responsive to our issues with the ongoing construction but in the first place, it was unconscionable and disgraceful to rent a unit that is ground zero for heavy equipment spewing dust and diesel and loud beeping even after dark. We did not even have proper access to the unit as it was taped off. This was a very expensive vacation and it was completely ruined with the fumes and noise. I intend to seek full compensation with VRBO. Finding similar alternative lodging was not possible on short notice.
We definitely had a five star experience! The condo was as advertised – everything about our stay was perfection! The hosts were responsive and kind. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We loved having the washer and dryer available as well as the fans in the rooms. We loved the second floor balcony for hanging out and the proximity to the beach and pool was unparalleled. We can’t say enough good things about this condo and we plan on returning!
This would have been a great stay but for the construction noise. Although we had been informed there would be construction, we were led to believe this would have little effect on our stay at the property we were moved to. That was untrue as there was large machinery that was very large. the noise and shrill beeping would begin at around 7:30 AM and go until around 5:00 PM. It did not make you want to stay at the property during those times. Sleeping in was an impossibility.
This property was wonderful and everything we could’ve needed for the week for our family of four. Quick access to groceries, shopping, short walk to the beach, fans in the evening when it got warm were very helpful. This is a very special unit that is set apart from the rest of the complex, and was perfect for morning coffee and late night relaxation after a long day of traveling around the island.
The condo included everything we could need for the stay, all appliances, great separation of space, very comfortable beds and couch. The pool is just beautiful, larger than most complexes and very rarely does it get busy. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is a wonderful unit at a great location. The unit is well equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The unit is roomy and the fans and many windows keep it cool. I loved sitting on the lanai with my morning coffee and enjoying the songs of the birds and palm trees blowing in the breeze. The unit is between Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach Park making it an easy walk along the paths in either direction. We loved setting up beach chairs at Shipwreck in the morning and doing a late afternoon stroll to Poipu Beach before dinner. The unit came equipped with beach equipment: chairs, boogie boards, toys, and coolers. I always hit the Blue Ginger store at the The Shops at Kukui‘ula to purchase a new dress for my grand daughter every year. The two shopping areas provide restaurants and little shops to explore. Before you come make reservations at Tidepools restaurant at the Marriott. It’s a short walk and the food is wonderful. We love Poipu Sands and this unit did not disappoint! I highly recommend it! Mahalo to Scott who is very easy to work with. We enjoy our stays and look forward to returning next year.
Great location in a beautiful and well maintained property. Home was the most well furnished place we have stayed particularly all the incidental supplies and beach equipment. Morning coffee on the lanai was a great way to start the day.

Weather was not great so we were never able to see the canyon or the Nepali coast. All cancelled. Loved the Big Save and nearby Walmart. Loved Poipu Beach. Best snorkeling and whale shows with turtles and seals swimming in to rest on the beach. You need water shoes. Many rocks, coral and sea urchins. I learned if I walked out and rolled rocks over the fish would swarm. No find needed. Fell once and cut both hands. Gotta be careful. Enjoyed touring north coast. Had a van. It went all around the island as all roads we travelled were paved. Avoid the Whaler General Store. Prices are 2x there. Extra 5 min drive to Big Save in Koloa is worth it. Excellent pineapples for $1.39. Loved Smith Grotto tour and luau. Best we have seen by far out of 4. One warning about this property. It is NOT airconditiioned and the louvre windows open and close hard or not at all. We had several very uncomfortable nights with no breeze except the fans. Next time I will seek AC. It was always a little moist in the condo. We had a lot of rain during our stay. Glad we went. The hikes around the Hyatt and up onto the bluff were great. Shipwreck beach was nice to walk along side but a hard walk in the soft sand and windy. Poipu beach was delightful and we enjoyed the Puka dogs.
Ideal location to swim in the pool or walk to the ocean. Many restaurants and shops are within a couple of miles. Beds were extremely comfortable. Unit was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.
Way more than we expected. Hidden gem. Just pack a few items and you'll be all good.
