North Shore Garden Hideaway

This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. It is a 3 minute drive from the property to the famous world class beaches and surfing. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and the owner live upstairs. 

The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Upstairs is occupied by owners and downstairs is our rental apartment. Separate entrances and parking from owners.
