Lovely property with spectacular views
We really enjoyed the condo during our stay on Kauai. We looked forward every morning to watching sunrise with a cup of coffee and relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.
Evan from the management company addressed any issue promptly when contact (nothing major, just the small everyday issues).

I'd stayed in Princeville twice before and always wanted to stay here. The views here are fantastic, and waking up the sunrise on the horizon is a sight to remember. It rained more than it didn't (late June), gale force winds most of the time (who needs AC?), and the lanai was basically never really dry, but you grab moments of sunshine when you can!
Check-in was very smooth, and advance communication was very thorough.
The unit itself is simple but thoughtfully appointed. The living room and the bed are comfortable, and there is ample closet and dresser space. The bathroom is very tight, so just keep that in mind. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and spices, except there is no coffee grinder (we had coffee beans ground at Outpost Coffee in Hanalei). There is a speaker system in the living room with bluetooth, and the washer and dryer were very handy.
The Sealodge complex itself is lovely. Some folks complain about its aging, but there's a charm to it. Walking around the property at sunset with a glass of wine was a highlight (there's an incredible bench between E & D buildings on the bluff). Parking is ample, trash bins are conveniently located, and it's a quick hop to Foodland and Hanalei, or Kilauea in the other direction. Splurge on one dinner at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay.
With the unit on the 3rd floor walk-up, it's best for the able-bodied, but we found it well-worth the view and not having anyone above us. Would recommend this unit!
This property is extremely well appointed with all kinds of amenities and helpful cooking items, towels, soap, etc. The most important thing about the property is the view. It is incredible! Sunrises in the morning are amazing. The neighborhood, Princeville, is a plan community with lots of pretty homes, a golf course, and is about 10 minutes away from Hanalei, Which is another great town.
Pro Tip: There is a Hidden beach if you take the trail near the property. It’s about a five minute walk and you find yourself on a small secluded beach, which has reefs for snorkeling and beautiful scenery. Feels like being on Gilligans Island!

Easy to get to, and easy parking. Good communication from the host. Spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The fabulous view meant that the apartment was up two flights of stairs.In early March, the short trail to the beach was very muddy and slippery in parts. I did see a seal at the beach.Highly recommended!

Amazing view from every window. Have stayed at SeaLodge before in a ground level unit, and enjoyed being on the 3rd floor so much more. If youre able to climb the steps, the views of the reef below is well worth it. Super airy and clean. Unit came with everything we needed. Will stay again!
