This listing was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location in princeville. Really close to nice restaurants and a grocery store. And really easy access to hanalei bay which is gorgeous. We also loved that there was a path right next to the building that went down to a gorgeous lookout to watch the sunset. The condo was great we both loved the little couch bed by the window it was so relaxing for after the beach. The place also had two Tommy bahama chairs and an umbrella which came in super handy and helped us save money on our trip. Even though the condo was fully air conditioned it had a unit that was attached to a window. It worked well for us it was cool in the morning and night but our only complaint is it didn’t really reach into the bedroom area so it was a little hot and stuffy at bedtime but not unbearable for us we had two fans on us that were provided in the condo. We had an amazing stay we loved the place we got it was perfect for a couple of two!

Overall very pleased. Room is outdated with cosmetic problems but very clean. Listing states air conditioning but it is. Small portable units that is permanently vented to the front door. AC is inadequate for size of apartment and stayed warm. We tried opening windows at night as well and still stayed too warm. Access to the sealodge beach makes the place worth the stay. Small community with shops are near by.
Property is in a wonderful area and the secluded Sealodge beach is a jewel. Property is due for a facelift. Especially the bathroom/tub. This is referring to condition of the facilities only. Everything was very clean. The AC was inadequate and the room stayed warm regardless if we kept everything shut up and blinds pulled or tried opening the windows at night for a sea breeze. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the owner was easy to work with and replied promptly with concerns.
Well stocked kitchen (knives chipped), close to beach, nice and clean.
At first glance, we were very disappointed with the room. It felt dated and dark, with worn out furniture (e.g., the TV stand was missing the veneer on the top-right side and there were water stains and scratches on the coffee table), an old worn-out feeling mattress, a squeaky folding door to the bathroom that was a pain to operate, a rusty tub and rusty light above the tub, and lots of other signs that the apartment needs updating. However, it was VERY clean and in a great location, and that means a lot too. We really appreciated that it was stocked with sunscreen, bug spray, beach chairs, and beach towels. In the end, it is a solid "3," a fair value for the price in expensive Princeville.

I’m really hoping I can figure out how to forward picture I took. The place could be lovely if the owners would put a little bit of updating. Tub was not clean. Water pressure was poor. Perhaps a new hand held shower head would help. It needs a paint job. Towel had what appeared to be feces stains! One wash and it came out! We were LOCKED into the condo and had to call the emergency number to get out!! Thank goodness for Chris!! He was awesome! TV should have instructions.

This little space was perfect for just me. Private & cozy. Do wish the spider webs had been swept off the lanai and from the window screens. It would have made it nicer in general to sit on lanai & on inside window seat.
Best location - sea lodge beach is empty and beautiful. Place has large bed and washer/dryer. Easy stay for 2 nights
