Our condo was relaxing and right next to Kalepolepo Beach Park, a beach with a protected swimming area that is ideal for young children. We had a wonderful time, and the supplied beach equipment (chairs, toys, snorkeling gear) was extremely helpful. I hope to come back in the future.
My family and I had the pleasure of staying in the condo for a week. This was our first trip to Maui so I wanted a central location and the condo was perfect. We were close to most activities we wanted to do, lots of restaurants very close by for easy dinners after long day out or at the beach. Also, close proximity to the airport. Communication with the host was easy, Jackie responds quickly and very accommodatable. The property was well stocked and clean with everything we would need and even beach equipment for our beach days. We watched sunrises from the patio and sunsets from the beach or the roof. The property also has a nice beach where you can take morning swims with several turtles! I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Maui!

Loved our stay at this property in Kihei. Communication with the property manager was great, they resolved a minor situation very quickly. Great view to top it all off!

We had great vies from our balcony. The beach and pool were fairly easy to access. The unit was clean and well equipped. Jackie’s communication was excellent from the time of booking through our stay. Would recommend too anyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jackie’s place, as the building was continently located within Kihei, and the unit’s location at the end of the building meant a little more privacy and extra windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms. While there, we also enjoyed one meal at the restaurant that served Indian cuisine that is located on the property. It was nice to have access to so many amenities including a small on property beach, a pool, grills, and views from the roof. The unit itself had everything we needed, from a great view to a fully equipped kitchen.
Amazing property - right by the beach and they have a pool on the property. There is an Indian restaurant Monsoon grill in the building. Very clean property - all appliances working. Very hospitable hosts- provided all the information on time. Loved our stay!!
This property was wonderful!! Beautiful kitchen with koa cabinets, top appliances, ice maker and water filter in the fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed!
I loved the master bedroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. I'm one of those people who is light sensitive at night and loved the plantation shutters and the bamboo textured, light darkening shade for the sliding door.

Anything we needed, it was there! Our married daughters stayed in two other condos at Menehune Shores at the same time and I loved mine the best! I would certainly love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our holiday in Maui. We were able to see the sites and end enjoy relaxing evenings by the water.
We had a fantastic stay. Condo was perfect. We woke up and walked the beach at 6am and the sea turtles were out. The view of the beach was perfect.
Decided to go to Maui and to stay out of normal hotels. Found this property and was so glad we did. The Owner, Jackie, was very accommodating and a great communicator. Highly recommend renting from her.
The condo itself housed me, my wife and 3 sons (ages 21-23). With 2 bathrooms and a pullout sofa bed it was enough room to get ready in the morning and relax in the evening (you're not there all day anyways, being in Maui!). Kitchen was very nice and we cooked several meals to save money. It has everything you need from cutlery, to glasses/bowls, utensils, and even a coffee machine. Jackie had provided some useful beach equipment and towels, which made the trip better. Only negative about this unit (and this is being picky), is that it close to Kihei Drive and you can hear traffic non-stop. We could not sleep with the windows open.
The property itself features a decent beach, a pool, and several grills. I would point out that the grills did not work very well (i.e. only 2 burners out of 4 on each grill), so I fired up 2 grills to equal using a single 4-burner grill. The maint people clean the grills every other day so they are very nice to use. The location is very central to everything. A short drive to Wailea and not too far to Kaanapoli and Lahaina.
We had a lovely stay at Jackie's property. It is a great central location, easy access from the airport and close to shopping and restaurants.
The property is older but kept clean. The rooftop bbq area is fantastic for your evening dinners. The pool is not very large but it's warm which everyone enjoyed.
Jackie's unit is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were very thankful for the couple beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, little cooler and even a boogie board. The beds were comfortable and we had enough towels. We enjoyed the view from the lanai and enjoyed our morning coffee breakfast overlooking the ocean. The unit is an end unit so you do hear traffic. We did not notice this during the evening but you do if you are sitting on the lanai in the morning.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a full size fridge is very handy for a family. The freezer has an ice machine and she even had some ice packs for the freezer. It would have been nice if the complex had an ice machine but we were fine with the ice from the freezer.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!
We absolutely loved Jackie's place. She was so easy to work with during the planning of the stay. We were with a group of others and she had the place next door to where another group was staying. Jackie was accommodating and quick to respond. The location and condition of the property was perfect for our needs. Nice updated kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. We could get around to other sites easily and still have some beach time as well. She even had lots of beach equipment in the closet and it looked like brand new. I would recommend Jackie's place 100%!!
We had such a wonderful stay in Maui. Jackie was great! She was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and drinking our morning coffee and then taking a walk on the beach. It was great having a private beach. We saw sea turtles on the beach several times on our walks. I highly recommend Jackie and this property. Thank you!

Everything worked well except fridge water dispenser. Nice view, the Indian cuisine restaurant on ground floor was amazing and great sunset view! The room was very clean. Recommend this unit to book for your stay : )
This rental has a lot of things going for it. We chose this rental in part because it is located on the ocean side of the street, meaning you don't have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The beach is easily accessible (on foot) from the condo property. You can walk on several kilometers of beach, though occasionally you will need to wade or walk over a gravel path. The beach immediately in front of the condo property is shallow and somewhat protected by a low wall, increasing the safety for children. Part of this protected area is a safe area for turtles. We did see a large green sea turtle on a different part of the beach.
The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. The wifi was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable, but we found the pillows a little soft; when we mentioned this to the property manager, replacements were quickly provided. The unit has a nice lanai which affords beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. For even better views, it's possible to access the roof. The unit is a few minutes' drive from shopping and restaurants.
We enjoyed our time at this rental, but there are a couple of things potential renters should consider. First, the unit and its furniture are a little tired and in need of a makeover. Everything was in fairly good working order, however.
Second, looking to the right on the lanai you see the ocean, but looking left you see a busy road. The noise from this road is considerable - it almost completely drowns out the surf.
We had a lovely, comfortable stay in this Kihei condo complex. The views from the balcony were very nice, and we especially appreciated the rooftop patio with unobstructed panoramic views of both the mountainside and seaside. The furniture was charming and comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and all instructions were clear and simple. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!
The condo was cozy and family friendly. The host was great and made it feel like home with several thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was nicely stocked and they had things labeled well. It was close to restaurants and our snorkeling adventure. And only a short drive to the airport. The road out front is a little busy, but didn't deter us from our great stay.
