Your spacious One Bedroom apartment (largest in complex) is a private near-end unit with central air condition, free wi-fi, free phone calls to anywhere in the U.S.and gated indoor parking. With its 9’ plus high ceilings and large lanai (porch) it is quite spacious.
A welcome kit of soaps and paper products makes you first days very convenient.
A full-size kitchen and dining bar is stocked with appliances and utensils. A large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove with a large oven are perfect for cooking and baking. The full closet and dressing area has a convenient Washer/Dryer and a separate vanity area.
The full-sized bathtub/shower has it's own private room. The apartment is wheel-chair accessible.
You’ll certainly be spending a lot of time on the lanai, with its tropical garden and horizon ocean views. And a nice patio set with four chairs for refreshing dining. Along with a couple of nice lounge chairs.

There are beautiful high walkway vantage points over the gardens. As you reach the ocean, there are two large swimming pools (fresh water or salt water) directly on the Ocean Front.

There are 2 professional BBQ areas, ping pong table, a tennis court, plus a game room. Also a computer with a printer for your free use.
