The location was good and overall the studio was not had. However we had some issues with the washer and dryer.

Good place with great views of the ocean. Only downside is that you can't swim on the beach behind the hotel because it's too rocky but you can walk to Magic Sands Beach a couple miles away.

Love the ocean view from the lanai. Spacious and clean for our entire family. Washer/dryer adds convenience for our 2.5 week trip. Full kitchen saves money. Love the location on Alii Drive. Lots of shopping, ocean views, beaches and dining.

This place is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the view was amazing! We stayed in room 715. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, A/C, and washer and dryer in the condo. We walked to town, but we also had a car to drive around. If you or a family member has food allergies, this is a great place to stay with a full kitchen. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away.

Royal Sea Cliff is a great property and this was my 2nd visit and I would stay here again. However, the property must do something to eradicate the roaches. There were roaches crawling all over the apartment. We found a few in our bed and constantly around the kitchen sink. Other than the roaches I would definitely stay here again

The ocean views from this property were amazing! Within the property, the pool locations were stellar, but unfortunately the hot tub malfunctioned sometime midway through our stay. That was definitely a bummer. The oceanfront unit we rented was a little older, but still comfortable. It was stocked with books and had everything we needed, including beach gear. They thought of everything. Staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. We had a longer stay and needed to wash our towels within the unit using the washer and dryer inside our unit, and the front desk provided extra laundry detergent for me. We highly recommend and will return again!
