This was our first trip to this beautiful Island. We had no idea where to stay and elected to be centrally located, which would be the east shore or where this property is located. This property was great for that reason and far exceeded our expectations in all other ways. Upon entering the property, we both noted how clean it looked and smelled. Then there was the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves. Followed by a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, comfortable beds, and even laundry soap and bottled water. The added touches and amenities were over the top. Communication with Lisa, the property manager, was professional and friendly. She was quick to answer or address any concerns or questions we had during our stay. There were no issues with the AC or TV as mentioned in other reviews. As for the resort and pool, we went to the pool and spa on two occasions. There are three spas, one being for adults only. Our only gripe is parents don’t abide by this. If you want to be away from kids, the pool/spa area is not the place to be. The on site restaurant, Oasis, is GREAT. Food, drink and ambiance were wonderful. We both agreed we should have eaten there more than just once. If you want a clean luxurious ocean front property stocked with all the at-home amenities, then look no further. This place will far exceed all expectations and is absolutely perfect for a week long stay in Kauai.
This place was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat! It is literally right on the ocean. The east side is centrally located to get to all parts of the island. One word of caution, if you do plan on going south a lot, the traffic can be quite bad. The view and the space was worth it though. The pool was very nice. The unit had everything you would need. Close to shopping and dining. Very clean. I felt right at home. Hope to able to visit again one day!
Condo was very nice and very clean. Centrally located to go just about anywhere in Kauai and to get groceries across the street. Lisa was very attentive and quick to answer any and all questions. Highly recommend.

We booked late and were surprised to find this unit available. The location was perfect. We could hear the waves and watch epic sunrises every morning. Good privacy and proximity to the pool, restaurant and parking lot. The condo was well appointed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was also more recently updated compared to others we looked it. Overall, we would highly recommend.
This is the second time I've stayed at this condo and I don't think I would stay anywhere else on Kauai. Lisa is great to deal with - prompt with any questions or concerns.
The unit is everything you would want in Hawaii. No "peekaboo" ocean view here. There's nothing between you and the sea. Everyone else has to get up early to view the sunrise. You? You just open your drapes and step out onto the lanai, coffee in hand. The sounds of the waves lure you to sleep at night and bird song wakens you in the morning. The condo is very spacious with two master, en-suite bedrooms. Convenient to the elevator (but not too close). Beds EXTREMELY comfortable. Great towels.
Resort has plenty of parking. On site restaurant is currently only open for dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. There is a traffic signal at the entrance to the resort, so access is easy.
Special note: Print out the condo info that Lisa sends you before you leave home. There are no printed instructions in the condo itself (wi-fi password, pool towels, etc). Wi-fi from our cellphone was nearly non-existent, but the condo's wi-fi was great once connected.

Great location, super nice, clean, well supplied, quite, fun pool, near shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We spent hours hanging out on the beach and floating in the pool! We can't wait to return.

We had an absolutely amazing time in A204 at the Waipouli Beach Resort! It was the best vacation rental we have had and the time there was invaluable to our family. The rooms, kitchen, and resort amenities were top notch! The room was clean, and the property manager (Lisa) was amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great family vacation in a spacious condominium with wonderful ocean views. Our family of five had plenty of space and the condo was well decorated and stocked. Check in was simple and access to the island was easy. I would definitely go back and stay at this condo.
