Loved our stay! The location between kamaole beaches 1&2 cannot be beat. Loved the beach front and sunset views. Perfect for families, comes with all the beach essentials. The AC in each room is a rare but welcome find. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful condo, perfect location.
This is our second time staying at this particular unit and we love it! We love the Royal Mauian, the location and the setting - we have been coming back here for 40 years. This particular unit is awesome for families, well stocked and we appreciated the responsive and helpful property management.
This is the absolute perfect location in Maui and we can't wait to go back!We LOVED everything about it:-Having the unit on the ground level made access to the pool and beaches so easy-Amazing sunset views each night-Beach gear provided was such a convenience (beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc). -Pool access just steps from the lanai. Not having to walk down hallways or use an elevator to get to it was so nice.-The beach access was perfection. Hard to know from the listing on how close it was, but I can assure you...it's close! We grabbed the beach gear each day, stepped outside, and was on the beach within 1 minute. Beach wasn't crowded at all, which made it even better.-Restaurants were just across the street or down the street. Didn't need to drive anywhere unless you wanted to.-Living room was spacious, couch was comfortable and had room for everyone. They had family board games to play and books to read while relaxing.-Kitchen had everything we needed (separate ice machine, separate beverage cooler, keurig, storage containers, and more)-Newly renovated living room and kitchen areaWe went to the Marriot Wailea for a luau and even commented that we preferred our accommodations more. I promise you won't regret staying here!
Such a beautiful property!!! It's a great location and the view is breathtaking! We appreciated having so many items like beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, games, coffee filters, and so much more. Everyone we communicated with was very accommodating and considerate. We loved our stay and would highly recommend spending your time in Maui here!

Unbelievable place. Perfect for our family ranging from 4-72. Small touches (beach chairs, cooking spices, ice maker, etc) really took it to the next level. Can’t wait to return.
The condo is lovely, kitchen is amazing, and the views were breathtaking. Property manager on the other hand is rude, abrupt, and unprofessional.
This was our second stay here, this time with the addition of two young kids, and we had another great experience. The ground-floor location is perfect—offering easy access to the pool and beachfront. The newly remodeled kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The decor is tasteful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the local shops and restaurants nearby.A note for families: While we enjoyed our time, the overall condo establishment is less kid-friendly compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island. There are strict rules regarding noise on the lawn, and items like balls and inflatables are not allowed in the pool. This isn’t necessarily a downside, but it’s something to consider depending on your family’s needs. For those seeking a more peaceful destination, this is most certainly a plus! (As context, we spent the second half of our trip at a more family-oriented hotel, which offered different advantages, such as a more relaxed pool setup and additional services.)Overall we are very thankful to have enjoyed our second stay here and hope that we can return to this special condo in the future! We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The location cannot be beat - oceanfront, garden level unit with unbelievable sunsets to be viewed from the lanai. Great whale and turtle viewing daily. Pool and beach are both very close. Best equipped property we have stayed at with everything needed for the beach. Walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked and we loved the ice machine!
This place is ideal if you like easy access to a beach and a pool or if you enjoy the ocean view.

This condo was perfect for our family. The location is the best, walk outside door you have a nice grassy area for kids, the sandy beach is a few steps away. The pool is right outside. Our favorite part is spending evenings outside condo enjoying the sunsets and counting starts with our grandkids. Condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Only minor thing the kitchen is brand new and beautiful, high end appliances a bit complicated to operate microwave, dishwasher, stove. We are pretty tech savy but it took a while to learn it. Wished the fridge had a water dispenser. But besides that everything was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here.
We loved the easy access to both beaches - great for younger children. Snorkeling at both beaches was terrific and the children saw 7 turtles in one day. The condo was fully equipped and the beds were comfy. There are beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and 1 smaller Playmate cooler and a larger cooler. Can’t say enough. Highly Recommend.
This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and wouldn’t have it any other way. Everything is a 10 , and our group loves the location!! Hoping to come back next year!

Three generation family group- ages 7 to 73 had a perfect visit here. Condo beautiful with all updated appliances, utensils, beach and pool accessories. Location is also perfect - two sandy beaches and coral reef with great swimming and snorkeling- we watched turtles both from our front yard and snorkeled with them. Pool steps away from our condo for easy transition from ocean to condo. And across the street at the backside are restaurants, stores, etc. Other than special side trips to Haleakala and Wailea, little time spent in our rental cars as everything was right here. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from both rooftop and the shoreline. We have been spoiled by this place and only hope that it will be available the next time we visit Maui! Thank you for sharing it with us.
This condo was a dream come true! It was so relaxing, has the best view, and had all the amenities we could have asked for and more! It exceeded our expectations and we would 1000% book this condo again! There’s so many food and store options nearby too it was also a very convenient location! The unit is outstanding with spectacular views of the ocean. It was perfect for our family and provided easy access to everything nearby. A few steps to fabulous beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and walking trails. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sitting on the spacious patio and enjoying the ocean and sunsets while watching for whales was a real treat. The unit was nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and shops. We were delighted with our choice!
Great location to the beach
We had a fabulous time! The place sits right in front of the water! We could hear the waves crashing on the rocks all day long! We saw so many whales leaping out of the water it was amazing!! The sunsets were amazing! The place was well stocked with everything one needed in a kitchen! Here’s to pina coladas everyday!!
