Condo was perfect for our family of four (two boys 5&9). Kitchen is stocked better than my own . A/C and laundry made for a comfortable stay. We loved walking the condo’s beach chairs and umbrella to the beach so close to the property. Loads of great restaurants right across the street. Visited the Cinnamon Roll Place and Cafe O’Lei multiple times. Location can’t be beat. Condo very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could want. Laura is a super host and communicated proactively. One note is the beds are very soft, which is preferable for some. We like firm mattresses, so had back pain. Just something to know when booking.
Pool time was excellent, view spectacular, really loved the mornings and evenings on the roof top....
Great location and great view, just like the web site. Two nice beachs a short walk. But we had some issues: the microwave needed repairs it was usable, but made lound concerning sounds.(part order from mainland) The dryer warning lite for blocked vent was on making drying things very slow. (a known problem) The big issue was the air condition in the master bedroom not staying on. Took calls and days (with hot nights) to get it fixed. Also a known problem.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location is perfect in our opinion. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the lanai was fantastic. The beach was just steps away and It’s close to many food options. Communication was great as well.

Perfectly located condo at the southern end of Kihei between two beautiful beaches, within walking distance of many amenities, and an easy drive to anywhere on Maui. Had an amazing time! My family and I thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. And the shower had great water pressure. We loved the keypad entry so we weren’t have to keep track of a key or card. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella along with 5 beach towels. The views were outstanding and super close to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. Great location. In walking distance to many shops. The owner is wonderful and we had amazing communication. I highly recommend this rental.We hope to come back again for a longer stay.

We had such a wonderful time! Laura’s place was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the room to spread out a bit and having two full bathrooms was helpful. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, keep the place clean, and play at the beach. We used the beach chairs, sand toys, and cooler every day. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Clean and comfortable in a location that can’t be beat! Short walk to two different beaches was great! Watching the sunset from the lanai, snorkeling right in front of the condo - we saw turtles every day. It was the best trip we have ever had. Cannot wait to come back!
Wonderful unit in the best location near shopping and many food options, with awesome snorkeling right in front (turtles every day!), beautifully updated and appointed. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!

We celebrated 20+ years in Hawaii and split our time between Oahu and Maui. This condo was perfect for our family in every way. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained, and nicely updated. It had all the amenities we needed and more and was a great home base to explore Maui both in the car and on foot. The view is maybe the best view I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The weather is consistently amazing, and the access to the 2 beaches on either side made things so easy. Great snorkeling right in front of the condo and we swam with sea turtles almost every day we went! We just arrived home and are already trying to figure out when we can go back! Thanks for a great rental and great communication.

The condo was exactly as described. I loved the security, as we received a new door code that activated that day. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot etc... we needed, with nice appliances and beautiful countertops and cabinets.
The whole condo was nicely furnished and the beds and bedding very comfortable. I loved the zoned A/C with individual units/controls for both bedrooms and the livingroom. They kept it nice and cool, and we could shut off units when we weren't using those rooms.
The patio area was wonderful for morning coffee, and the view was amazing. Both the master bedroom and the livingroom had beautiful views of the ocean. I also liked there were chairs and umbrellas included, as well as beach towels. Access to both nearby beaches was very convenient, and only a short walk across the street to snorkle shops, shopping, and several restaurants.
Communication with Laura was excellent. And she was very nice and worked with me when we made a mistake with our reservation.
We would definitely stay here again!
We came to Maui to get married and enjoy our honeymoon. We chose this condo because of it's location and it was perfect!! The condo is located right on the ocean with a spectacular view from the lanai. It is situated between two beautiful beaches [Kam 1 and Kam 2]that are right off the condo property. Directly in front of the condo are reefs where you can go snorkeling. We saw turtles, all types of fish and beautiful coral while snorkeling there.Directly across the street from the condo are little shopping centers with restaurants,shopping and water sports rentals. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you'll need including a very comfortable kingsize bed. The owner is very responsive to any questions you might have. I highly recommend and am looking forward to when we can return.
We absolutely loved your place and seeing the ocean (and only the ocean!) from the bedroom and lanai. The location was second to none! I've never seen more turtles in my life. We'll be back!
The Royal Mauian is a great please to vacation in Maui.
Beach access and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds is what brings us back each year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sweet 212, well equipped and very comfortable. Our host has kept the Suite in perfect condition.
We especially enjoyed the roof top grill and seating area for a sunset view while we had dinner. Great location close to all amenities. We frequented Coconuts and Hawaiian Moons.
Great location in Kihei, walk-able to beaches, snorkeling, restaurants and food trucks. The unit was as advertised in well maintained building and roof top activity deck. Would rent this unit again.
Great condo in a perfect location. Condo was completely stocked with everything we needed. The condo was extremely clean. My only regret is not booking more days.
