Nice place to stay, short walks to restaurants and beach
We had a wonderful stay on Maui in this property. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies and equipment available for us. While we didn’t do much cooking, we never needed something that wasn’t there. There were plenty of water and picnic supplies. We liked having a cooler to take along so we could have cold drinks and snacks where ever we wandered. And the we could stop at our convenience and pick up groceries without a special trip. There were a couple of minor things that came up, including a problem with the tv. As it turned out, it may have been operator error. They came out on New Year’s Day to help but we had figured out what went wrong before they arrived. The service representative checked several TV related things while he was there And we didn’t have any further problems. The unit was very clean, supplies were plentiful and we loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay at the unit again if going to Maui!
Royal Kahana is located in a great spot. The view from our lanai was very beautiful as were the sunsets each evening. The building is dated but it really didn’t matter. The unit we rented was clean and neat and came with everything we needed. It could use new windows or weatherstripping as the wind howl Through the apartment was loud. We remedied that by opening the doors and windows. The pool was heated and nice and the bbq area was great. The bbqs were very clean and worked great. The staff on site were all very friendly. We would stay here again.
We loved the condo that we stayed in. There was a lovely patio with a gorgeous ocean view for breakfast and happy hour. The area had beautiful vistas, lovely beaches and fun food trucks nearby. The condo itself was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were sad to leave!
This was a beautiful condominium. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We had an issue with the sleeper couch and called the owner. They were very responsive and caring. It needed a new mattress and the next day it was brought in and replaced. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Cheri is an amazing host. Check in process and communication was smooth. Their home is beautiful and clean. We spent afternoons on the balcony reading, talking and watching turtles swim by. This trip was like a second honeymoon for us and we were able to decompress from our normal daily busy life. We plan to rent from them again in the future.
Property and unit were great! They had everything we needed for a fun five days!

We loved it. Balcony overlooking the pool & beach. Everything we needed in the apartment and yo make our stay perfect, here and as we ventured out. Great location, within 25 minutes of every place we wanted to go. Extremely quiet as well and staff super nice. We loved it.
