Incredibly happy with this condo. The property as a whole is not quite as fancy as some others but this amazing condo made up for it. It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and stocked amazingly well. No beach in front of the property, but there is one a very short walk away. We watched sunsets from the lanai and the pool. We never had trouble finding a parking spot or had to wait for an elevator- that alone made it better than bigger properties we’ve stayed at in the past! Would definitely love to stay here again- thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
Great proximity to shops, great restaurants, breakfast nooks, famous cinnamon rolls at Papa Ohanas who also had Amazing pizzas. Beach front access was great for launching paddle boards. We found fun hilly run across the street!! Loved it! Anynissues were immediately resolved. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond ! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time staying at Royal Kahana. Brent was excellent host and truly made us feel welcomed with a bright note and delicious snacks on arrival! The unit was well equipped with all the amenities and with kids we didn’t have to worry about anything at all! It was clean, fresh and had a breathtaking view of the mountains as well as the ocean. Thank you for making our trip memorable!
We enjoyed our family stay in this Royal Kahana condo. Clean and easy check in. Older building but updated interior. Furniture in good condition and comfortable. Great sunsets! Would recommend it!
Our group consisted of 21 people in 5 different condos all at Royal Kahana. It felt like home. There was construction going on but did not cause any issues or inconveniences. We really LOVED our stay!
The condo was wonderful. Clean, nice decor, stocked well, great ocean view, and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property did not disappoint. Brent was a wonderful host. He answered all our questions and promptly helped with any needs we had during our stay. Highly recommend!
The ocean views are even better in person than the pictures show. We had a great stay & enjoyed the various options for food, coffee, & shopping that were walkable to the building.
The unit was tidy, and the check-in process was smooth. Although you are close to the ocean, there is no beach access on the property. The unit has been updated, however several updates were done with cost-cutting in mind. The shower rods are not securely fixed and tend to fall. Additionally, the coffee table lacks stability, swaying easily. The curtains are thin and somewhat transparent and let in a lot of light. The outdoor patio is small and quite compact. Although clean, we would not stay at this property again.
