The best location possible! Amazing beachfront property with a huge lanai cooled by ocean breezes. So, so, so great!
Wonderful condo in an ideal location. The wrap around lanai provided hours of calm, peaceful, ocean viewing. More exciting activities were just minutes away, e.g., snorkeling, riding waves, and, even a zip line adventure. We thank the owner for making their place available. It set the standard for future stays in Kauai.

The view was amazing as the pictures show, but the whole property needs a refresh. The smell in the hallway is horrible. The master bedroom has paper thin shades on the windows. The light was so bright all night from the lights on the property right next door it made it hard to fall asleep and when the sun came up it was too bright to fall back asleep.The slides in the pool were a hit, and the kids loved that and the sand area in pool was fun. Not a ton of chairs with shade at the pool.
Our condo at Wapouli was great for our family of six - we had plenty of room to spread out and the location is terrific. Our grandsons loved the pool and we enjoyed many hours on the slides.
The oceanfront penthouse had every amenity we needed. The views were amazing and the central location made it a great midway point for exploring. Will definitely book again next time we visit the garden isle.
Very nice lst class. I would have liked to have seen more security, some not so nice looking street people on the beach obviously homelessBeverage service at the pool would have been great. Kids loved the slides hard to keep them out of the pool. My one request would be chairs in the bedrooms and a clock.. Small details ,we hated to leave l week is not enough in Hawaii.
Great location. Great property. Our suite was as close you can get to the ocean. Very quiet and comfortable. And the property management team (Candice and Melvin) were responsive and very helpful.
We enjoyed the property. It is right on the beach as advertised. The 2nd story pent house has no one above you so there is no noise from early risers above you. Well stocked. The deck chairs on the beach side of the deck need a little help. The loungers off the master are much better but they face a building not the beach. Over all we loved the stay and would stay there again.
The location was great for getting around Kauai and the condo was excellent. Three generations, and we all had a blast.
We especially enjoyed the large lanai and the privacy. Great sunrise every morning. Well stocked kitchen.
A lovely property with panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Large lanai also facing the ocean with room for outside dining. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. We had some issues with a broken stove, clogged drains and a missing screen door in the master bedroom. The management folks were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Made it very easy to travel to the north shore. Hanakapai Beach hike. Kapaa town, Anahola, Moloaa, & Kilauea.
This rental had everything we needed and more. We opened all the sliding doors to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning. I had a question about the a/c and the host was quickly responsive. The space felt huge and the kitchen was amazing. We all hope to be back some day!
The views were amazing and the unit is very close to the ocean. We enjoyed opening the doors to hear the waves. The unit was very clean and spacious. The location is great to get to other parts of the island easily. This is definitely a resort and condo we would book again. It would he nice to have some of the minor things like broken tiles fixed and upgraded living room and patio furniture. The balcony faces another complex, and the best views are from the living room doors. The pool area was clean and beautiful.
The property is ideal for children--and not bad for the parents and grandparents either. Grandkids made great use of pool and its slides as well as the beach. We highly recommend Waipouli A-207.

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! It has an amazing view and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. It was spacious and well equipped for our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation condo

Amazing views of the ocean, peaceful place to rest in the heart of all the amazing activities the island has to offer, and all the amenities you could possibly wish for. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay again soon.
The location of this condo was steps away from the ocean! The condo was very clean, well stocked and very roomy for our party of four. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay in A207. The view is fantastic and seems much closer than shown in the pictures. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This condo had a perfect location and might possibly have the best view at the resort. It has a private home setting with a resort atmosphere right around the corner.
Condo was super clean and had amazing views which made our trip. Only complaint is the one of the screen doors to the King room was broken. Put in a maintenance request received no email or phone call but came home to that screen door gone as well as the screen doors to the lanai from the dining room were now gone. Working in properly management I would have expected to at least get a phone call prior to anyone entering our room.
Clean, large place. Everything we needed was provided. Great location!
My husband and I came down with Covid the day we checked in. Changed everything for us. The last two days we enjoyed the beach and pool. I want a do over for this lovely campus!
